THIS SHOULD GO VIRAL AND THE THREE JUDGES OF THE NINTH CIRCUIT COURT
OF APPEALS SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE BENCH BECAUSE OF BLATANT POLITICAL BIAS AND
TOTAL DISREGARD FOR THE LAW.
IMMIGRATION LAW HAS BEEN PASSED SINCE
1952 THIS IS A REAL EYE OPENER.
Wouldn't
it have been interesting if, at some point during the presidential campaign,
if one of the candidates asked, "Oh, by the way, has anyone in Washington,
D.C., ever heard of the McCarran-Walter Act Of 1952?"
I
did not know of this act until recently, but it has been a law for almost 65 years.
Here
are the historic facts that would seem to indicate that many, if not most, of the
people we elect to work for us in Washington do not have the slightest idea of what
laws already exist in OUR country.
After
several terrorist incidents were carried out in the United States, Donald Trump
was severely criticized for suggesting that the U.S. Should limit or temporarily
suspend the immigration of certain ethnic groups, nationalities and even people
of certain religions (Muslim).
The
criticisms condemned such a suggestion as, among other things, being un-American,
dumb, stupid, reckless, dangerous and racist.
Congressmen
and senators swore that they would never allow such legislation, and called such
a prohibition on immigration unconstitutional.
As
Gomer Pyle would say, "Well, surprise,
surprise!"
It
seems that the selective immigration ban is already law and has been applied on several occasions.
Known
as the McCarran-Walter Act, the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952
allows for the "suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by the president, whenever the president finds that the entry of aliens or of any class of
aliens into the United States would be detrimental
to the interests of the United States.
"The president may, by proclamation,
and for such a period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all
aliens or any class of aliens, immigrants or non- immigrants, or impose any restrictions
on the entry of aliens he may deem to be appropriate."
Who
was president when this was passed? Harry
Truman.
Who
do you suppose last used this process? Jimmy
Carter, no less than 37 years ago, in 1979 to keep Iranians out of the United States.
But
he actually did more. He made ALL Iranian students, already in the United States, check in with the government. And
then he deported a bunch of them because 7,000 were found in violation of their
visas, and a total of 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the USA in 1979.
So,
what do you say about all of the criticism that Donald Trump received from the Democratic
senators, representatives and the Obama Administration?
Additionally,
it is important to note that the McCarran-Walter Act also requires that an "applicant
for immigration must be of good moral character and in agreement with the principles
of our Constitution."
Therefore,
one could surmise that since the Quran forbids Muslims to swear allegiance to the
U.S. Constitution, technically, ALL Muslim should, or could be, refused immigration
to OUR country.

Trump Drops Huge Terror Bombshell While Democrats Keep Obstructing

The
White House has just released a list to Fox News containing the names of 24 REFUGEES
who came from the 7 COUNTRIES affected by Trump’s TRAVEL BAN, and have been charged
with TERRORISM!!!!!
This
effectively exposes all of Obama’s intentional lies which he spewed in a desperate
attempt to cover-up the shocking truth that we now know definitely and beyond any
doubt…
Trump
has been right all along…
While
liberals were protesting (left), President Donald Trump (right) dropped a massive
bombshell on them.
America
has had no choice but to listen to the whining brats of the liberal left as they
complain about President Donald Trump’s “unfair” travel ban. Unfortunately for liberals
who were protesting last night, Trump just dropped a massive bomb on their heads
– and it should shut them up for good.
The
entire ordeal actually began back when Barack Obama was in office as he loosened
our border security and allowed virtually anyone into this country who was merely
willing to go for a walk. However, that reality has put our nation in a tough spot
in regards to those illegally in our country.
Although
Obama has been lying to our nation, saying there’s nothing to worry about in terms
of those coming in, this has most recently been proven false. In fact, shocking
news broke as liberals were protesting Trump’s temporary travel ban – and boy does
it prove them wrong.
According to recent reports, the White House has now released
a list of 24 refugees who came from the 7 countries affected by Trump’s travel ban
and have been charged with terrorism. Effectively exposing Obama’s intentional lies
which he spewed in a desperate attempt to cover the shocking truth, we now know
that Trump was right.
The
White House document itself names 10 individuals from Somalia, six from Iraq, one
from Yemen, two from Sudan, two from Iran, two from Libya and one from Syria. The
cases span
the last eight years,
and include most recently a case in June in which two Somali refugees were jailed
for conspiring to commit murder in Syria on behalf of ISIS.
It
also includes a case from March of last year, where a Yemeni native who became a
U.S. citizen was sentenced to 22 years in prison for attempting to provide “material
support” to ISIS and planning to shoot and kill members of the U.S. military who
had returned from Iraq. [Source: Fox News]

In
all, Barack Obama hid the fact that there were people he was allowing into the country
who wanted to do America and her citizens grievous harm. Even worse, he’s chastised
Trump although he knows the truth and just how bad things could have gotten on account
of his negligent, “politically correct” policies.
Obama
was directly responsible for putting American lives at risk for the sake of his
personal and political agenda. It’s time America finally acknowledge the risk and
fully back Trump in the interest of American lives. Those wishing to still protest,
well, we invite you to travel to one of the 7 countries and express your support
to the people there. My guess is that you won’t return to tell us what you learned
— and it won’t be because of a travel ban.

I
continue to remind readers that I have been publishing in these Commentaries, for
the past 8 years, that "Obama was put into the oval office with Soros money
for the express purpose of destroying America" --- and yet there still some
--- even Trump supporters, and evidently Trump himself --- who don't get it. They seem to feel he is simply dumb, inexperienced
or incapable in any capacity. Few, it would
seem, realize just how close he came to succeeding --- and he isn't finished. If
you are wondering why he moved to California, or if you don't know about his Tranny
ex "wife", then you have missed some issues of the Commentaries.
