Russia Moves ICBM’s To EU Border After Recording Confirms Pentagon Coordinated ISIS Attack

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers

A grim new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today provides yet another example of how close World War III is after the Strategic Missile Forces (SMF) were ordered to immediately deploy nuclear armed ICBM’s to the Federations border with the European Union in response to recordings that proved the Pentagon coordinated an unprovoked attacked upon Syrian Arab Army (SAA) forces with Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/Daesh) terrorists. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, on 13 September a ceasefire agreement reached between the Federation and the Obama regime to lesson the raging conflict in Syria came into effect—but 4 days later, on 17 September, was shattered when the Americans began an hours long bombing assault against Syrian Arab Army forces that killed at least 62 of these soldiers and wounded over 100 more.

Making this unprovoked American attack against Syrian Arab Army forces even more disastrous, this report continues, were Syrian intelligence analysts (who were monitoring Islamic State radio channels) hearing, and recording, US military intelligence agents coordinating this bombing with Islamic State terrorists, and immediately afterwards directing these barbarians troop movements in further attacks.

Important to understand about the American’s and Islamic State terrorists deliberately killing of these Syrian Arab Army troops, this report says, is that under the ceasefire agreement reached between the Federation and Obama regime, these soldiers were due to inspect the United Nations convoy of 31 aid trucks carrying humanitarian supplies to the besieged city of Aleppo in order to ensure that no weapons or war supplies were smuggled into the war zone.

On 19 September, this report continues, this UN aid convoy entered into Aleppo without its being able to be searched by Syrian Arab Army troops—at 13:40 Moscow time (10:40 GMT)—after which it was under the full control of the Islamic terrorists who controlled that area of the city.

Shortly afterwards, however, this aid convoy, while at an al-Qaeda controlled warehouse in Aleppo, was itself attacked by what many believe was a Hellfire missile fired from a US drone—and that the MoD reported “strangely happened almost at exactly at the same time as militants started a large scale offensive on Aleppo.”

As to why the Obama regime would destroy the Syrian ceasefire agreement they had just reached with the Federation, this report explains, is due to the US military refusing to implement President Obama’s directive for America and Russia to work together—and, perhaps, most succinctly explained by US experts who wrote this week:

The Russians had a powerful incentive to ensure that the ceasefire would hold, especially around Aleppo.

In the new ceasefire agreement, US Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had negotiated an unusually detailed set of requirements for both sides to withdraw their forces from the Castello Road, the main artery for entry into Aleppo from the north. It was understood that the “demilitarization” north of Aleppo was aimed at allowing humanitarian aid to reach the city and was, therefore, the central political focus of the ceasefire.

The Russians put great emphasis on ensuring that the Syrian army would comply with the demilitarization plan. It had established a mobile observation post on the road on 13 September. And both the Russians and Syrian state television reported that the Syrian army had withdrawn its heavy weaponry from the road early on 15 September, including video footage showing a bulldozer clearing barbed wire from the road. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also reported the Syrian army had withdrawn from the road.

But al-Qaeda’s newly renamed Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (previously the al-Nusra Front) had a clear incentive to refuse to comply with a move that could open the door to a US-Russian campaign against it. Opposition sources in Aleppo claimed that no such government withdrawal had happened, and said that opposition units would not pull back from positions near the road. On the morning of 16 September, the Syrian army moved back into positions on the road.

That crucial shift in US diplomatic position was a direct result of the aggressive opposition of the Pentagon to Obama’s intention to enter into military cooperation with Russia in Syria. The Pentagon was motivated by an overriding interest in heading off such high-profile US-Russian cooperation at a time when it is pushing for much greater US military efforts to counter what it portrays as Russian aggression in a new Cold War.

At an extraordinary video conference with Kerry immediately after the negotiation of the ceasefire agreement was complete, Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter strongly objected to the Joint Center– especially the provision for sharing intelligence with the Russians for a campaign against IS and al-Qaeda.

Obama had overridden Carter’s objections at the time, but a New York Times story filed the night of 13 September reported that Pentagon officials were still refusing to agree that the US should proceed with the creation of the Joint Implementation Center if the ceasefire held for seven days.

The Times quoted Lt. Gen. Jeffrey L Harrigian, commander of the United States Air Forces Central Command (USAFCENT), as telling reporters, “I’m not saying yes or no.”

“It would be premature to say that we’re going to jump right into it,” he added.

President Obama’s decision to insist that the US would not participate in the joint center with Russia until humanitarian convoys had been allowed into Aleppo and elsewhere first was apparently aimed at calming the Pentagon down, but it didn’t eliminate the possibility of a joint US–Russian campaign.”

MoD analyst in this report note that from the Pentagon’s assessment, the US military and defense arms establishment have determined they can make more money with Russia being a “threat”—and that if they cooperated with Russia in defeating these Islamic terrorists would be viewed favorably by the American people—and which they are determined will never happen, and exampled by US defense contractors recently stating that “the Russian threat is great for business”.

So perverse, in fact, has the US military become, this report continues, one of their top Islamic terror leaders in Syria, al-Qaeda unit commander Abu Al Ezz, recently bragged to German reporters how much the Pentagon was helping these terrorists, but, also, detailed how profitable this war was for them: “We got 500 million Syrian pounds (around $2.3 million) from Saudi Arabia. To capture the Infantry School in Al Muslimiya years ago we received 1.5 million Kuwaiti dinars (around $500,000) and Saudi Arabia's $5 million.” [Note: The US keeps changing the name of their al-Qaeda terrorist allies who first changed their name to the al-Nusra Front and last week changed it again to Jabhat Fateh al-Sham.]

As these latest actions by the Pentagon have destroyed all hope of cooperation between the Federation and Obama regime in defeating Islamic terror, this report says, the American’s are now attempting to start World War III by illegally creating a no-fly zone over Syria “shoot down the planes that violate the zone, and then you'd see what the Syrians would do, what the Russians would do”.

To such a shocking plan as this by these American warmongers, this report notes, Foreign Minister Lavrov had previously stated that an American unilateral prohibition on Russian and Syrian air forces “would not be taken seriously by us anymore”, and that Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Joseph Dunford even more gravely warned about last week by stating “right now… for us to control all of the airspace in Syria would require us to go to war against Syria and Russia”.

This report concludes by noting that the deployment of Federation RS-24 Yars [NATO reporting name: SS-27] MIRV-equipped thermonuclear weapon intercontinental ballistic missiles to Bologoye, Tver Oblast, near the European Union border, is both critical in nature and meant to act as a deterrent as the Obama regime still refuses to renounce its first-strike policy that will do more than plunge the world into the abyss—it will destroy it.

Ramey comment:

Did we just burn our last bridge?

Americans demonstrated their incapacity for self rule 100 years ago by not reigning in politicians who mounted a world war for profit.  Consequently, the entire nation has been indicted and judged for crimes against humanity.

The "little book" of Revelation 10 has been handed off already and stands as a mute witness against America --- there will be no appeal and no redeeming America.  That is already set in bronze --- it will be destroyed forever.  It would seem we are about to witness this destruction.
