Russian Citizens By The Tens-Of-Millions Ordered To Bunkers As Nuclear Subs Reach “Strike Points”

A dire and foreboding Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that 200,000 Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) specialists of emergency rescue divisions, with about 50,000 units of equipment, have begun evacuating over 40 million Federation citizens to their assigned nuclear protective bunkers at the same time the Ministry of Defense (MoD) has reported that the Main Command of the Navy (MCoN) has stationed their atomic weapons subs at their “strike points” along  both the East and West Coasts of the United States—while Russia media sources are, likewise warning that the “schizophrenics from America are sharpening nuclear weapons for Moscow”.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

The evacuation of these tens-of-millions of Federation citizens to their protective nuclear bunkers, this report says, follows this past weeks evacuation to bunkers of all “Level B” ministries (Moscow local) to the Tagansky Protected Command Point (Bunker 42), and that was preceded, on 26 August, by all top Federal ministries being evacuated to the protected zone of Mezhgorye Urban Okrug.

Spurring these latest Federation “protective war moves”, this report explains, was the Obama regime yesterday, suddenly and without prior notice, breaking off diplomatic relations with Russia to end the war in Syria—and that was followed an hour later by an unprovoked attacked upon the Russian embassy in Damascus by Islamic terrorists supported by the US. 

Immediately following the Obama regimes breaking off diplomatic relations, and then having their Islamic terrorists attack the Russian embassy in Syria, this report continues, President Putin suspended the treaty with Washington on cleaning up weapons-grade plutonium—with the Foreign Ministry further warning that the Americans had made “a deal with the devil” in supporting these Islamic terrorists who have killed tens-of-thousands of innocents and are preparing to kill even more.  

With Syrian army troops under the cover of Federation air power systematically destroying the Obama regimes Islamic terrorists, this report says, the US is rushing Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs at the United States Department of State Victoria Nuland to Moscow this evening who is expected to issue a “final threat” against Russia—but that this report makes clear will not even be listened to.

Astoundingly this report concludes by noting that while tens-of-millions of Federation citizens are being protected by nuclear bunkers, their remains no evidence that the peoples in the United States are even aware of how close total war actually is, in spite of President Putin’s desperate warning to them of how close World War III is—but shouldn’t be surprising as their propaganda mainstream media keeps filling their heads with lies, such as portraying victems of Islamic terror and then lying saying that they were harmed by Russia.
