Russian Military Takes Control Of Nation As All Children Overseas Ordered Home Immediately

A grave new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today says that President Putin this morning signed a decree authorizing the Ministry of Defense (MoD) to begin implementing their wartime state management system that gives full power to the Russian military of the entire nation, and has further ordered that all Russian children presently overseas be brought home immediately before the “outbreak of total war”.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

 According to this report, President Putin’s signing of this decree, and ordering all Russian children to come home, was unanimously approved by the Security Council in “direct response” to the Council Of The Federation (Russian upper house of parliament) just hours ago approving by a vote of 158, to one abstention, an agreement on the Russian air task force’s indefinite deployment in Syria, and that on 7 October, The State Duma (Russian lower house of parliament), likewise, approved by a vote of 446 to 0.

With Russian military forces in Syria now under the “full protection of Federation law”, this report explains, any attack on them by the Obama regime, or any US ally, will now be regarded as an attack on Russia itself—and whose response by the Federation will “be nothing less than all-out war”.

The new wartime state management system being implemented today by the MoD allows the military to assume direct control over municipal and regional authorities, police, state security and emergency services., this report continues, and consolidates the Federations five military districts into two parts—the Operative Strategic Command and the Wartime Military District Command.

The Operative Strategic Command will now be in charge of military operations, this report says, while the Wartime Military District Command will control the draft, logistics and execution of all “special measures”, such as maintaining public order and the increased security of strategic installations and communications—and with both of these war commands having been previously tested in the Stavropol Region, Ingushetia and Crimea.

 President Putin’s decree to bring all Russian children home to the Federation, this report explains, is a “state recommendation ordinance” that applies to all administration staff, regional administrators, lawmakers of all levels, and employees of public corporations—and that orders all of them to bring back their children studying abroad immediately, even if means cutting their education short and not waiting until the end of the school year, and then to re-enroll them in Russian schools.

With the Chinese government now siding with Russia and warning that the Obama regime has now become a real threat, this report continues, US Army Chief of Staff General Mark Milley just days ago threatened both of these nations with total war—but that the American people were neither allowed to see or hear of by their propaganda mainstream media, but can be seen for themselves in this video:

To US General Milley stating that Russia and/or China are in any way a threat to the United States “way of life”, this report notes, “borders on the insanity” as neither of these nations in any way whatsoever threaten America and have, instead, done nothing more than to protect their citizens, and the citizens of other innocent nations, from the most warlike nation in modern human history that since its beginning in 1776, has been at war for 223 years of its 240 year existence—which is 93% of this nations life.

The “real threat” to the American’s, however, this report continues, is the rest of the world awakening to how dangerous and corrupt the United States actually is—the latest being the Republic of Turkey who in their discovering the Obama regimes plot to use them as “cannon fodder” in a war against Russia has fired hundreds of their senior military staff serving at NATO in Europe and the United States.

As Russia has continued to warn the world that the Obama regimes “impudent behaviour” towards Moscow will most certainly have “nuclear implications”, this report further states, this corrupt American government has nevertheless transformed their once powerful military into a radically politically-correct social experiment, while at the same time they have begun repainting their warplanes to look like Russian fighter aircraft.

To the “insane belief” lodged in the Obama regimes highest reaches that their nation’s new “homosexually oriented transgender military” will be able to defeat Russia without their own country being annihilated by atomic bombs, this report grimly warns, may, indeed, be the “ultimate goal” these maniacs actually want—and as evidenced by a recently leaked email that stunningly shows Hillary Clinton despises the people she seeks to rule over—and as stated by her presidential campaign manger John Podesta who wrote: “I know she has begun to hate everyday Americans”.

Even worse, MoD intelligence analysts writing in this Security Council report warn that Hillary Clinton’s “master plot” revealed this week by Wikileaks showing her plan to dissolve all US borders within 100 days of taking power can only be done in a complete rebuilding of the United States after the American people have been disarmed—and which a war with Russia would most certainly allow her to do.

To the American people being able to know the “full and monstrous evil” Hillary Clinton is about to unleash upon them with the full support of the Obama regime, this report grimly notes, is being deliberately kept from them by the US propaganda mainstream media who are not only blacklisting her hatred of them, but other even greater atrocities too.

And of these greatest atrocities being perpetrated against the American people by Hillary Clinton revealed in these once secret emails, this report continues, none is more catastrophic then the one written by one of her top aides who shockingly admitting the Obama-Clinton true agenda, and in his exact words: “the need to maintain political power by producing an unaware and compliant citizenry”.

In order to ensure that Hillary Clinton will gain the US presidency, this report concludes, the American propaganda media and elite establishment have declared an all out war against her opponent Donald Trump—and whose most despicable acts over just few days include publishing a poll showing Clinton leading by 11 points that the American weren’t allowed to know was created by a Clinton campaign superpac, and YouTube, just yesterday, stunningly placing a warning on a Trump campaign commercial not to send it to others and that says “This video is unlisted. Be considerate and think twice before sharing”—but that you can view for yourself below.

It is the afternoon of Yom Kippur and the U.S. is still intact.  But the Wikileaks are still dumping and the evidence just gets more damning by the day.  We see that Hillary has already spent $6 million for writers to write rebuttals to all the anti  Hillary articles on the web.  Meanwhile her health continues to deteriorate and her business partner James Comey appears to be in serious trouble. 

The war drums continue to sound and the above article appears that Putin is making last minute preparations to engage in WW iii.  Is it all just war talk or is it really going to blossom out into a full blown war? 

Benjamin Fulford tells us the trap is closing on the Khazarian pirates and it appears that could be true.  China is taking an active role in world affairs and claims openly to be now allied with Russia.  That appears to up the ante considerably for WW III. 

Russia has built underground bunkers to protect it's citizens.  America has built underground bunkers to protect it's crookedest politicians.  Somewhere in this scenario lies poetic justice and the prophets have shown us how it plays out.
