Russia Explodes In Rage After Learning Maria Butina Is “Toy” Being Used By “Deep State” To Destroy Trump’s Choice For US Supreme Court

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers

A shocking new Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov was “beyond rage” after he was told by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo yesterday that innocent Russian student Maria Butina was arrested on made up spy charges by the “Deep State” who are using her as a “toy” to destroy United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit Judge Brett Kavanaugh, whom President Trump nominated, on 9 July, to be elevated to the US Supreme Court—with Lavrov then angrily telling Pompeo that these “fabricated charges are unacceptable”, and his further calling for Maria’simmediate release”—and who joins Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov who slammed the US for arresting Maria by saying “what they are doing is a farce, a tragedy”, and Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stating the obvious about Maria’s arrest by declaring that “the FBI is simply carrying out a clearly political order”. Unsuspecting Russian student Maria Butina (above center) finds herself bear trapped in “Deep State” plot to overthrow President Trump

According to this report (and as we previously documented), Maria Butina is a 29-year-old Russian citizen graduate student who, in 2016, traveled to the United States to complete her Christian historical religious studies on the effects of demonic-communism in America—but who became unwittingly ensnared by an anti-TrumpDeep State” operative named Paul Erickson whose criminal association with a communist-leftist terrorist named Mark Einerwold caused Maria, on 13 July, to call Russian Embassy security officials in Washington D.C. to express her fears that a terror attack on the United States was imminent—and that 2 days later, on 15 July, saw Maria being arrested by the FBI on made up charges that she failed to register as a “foreign agent”—but did see the communist-leftist terrorist Einerwold, likewise, arrested, on 17 July, by the FBI who, also, captured his vast arms and explosives cache.

Immediately upon Maria being arrested by the FBI, this report continues, the “Deep State” aligned mainstream propaganda media establishment in the US began pumping out “fake news” stories claiming that she had been arrested for spying—not a single one of which are true as she was arrested for failing to register as an agent for a foreign government—that is, basically, an economic crime used against American lobbyists who represent foreign governments—and stands opposed to US espionage laws “real spies” are charged with.

To defend herself against these made up “Deep State” charges, this report details, Maria (who is independently wealthy) hired the powerful Washington D.C. attorney Robert Driscoll of the McGlinchey Stafford Law Group—and who, during an NPR interview discussing this farce with their reporter Scott Simon, revealed:

SCOTT SIMON, HOST: Let me ask you, according to news reports, the FBI uncovered a trail of messages between Maria Butina and Alexander Torshin. Now, he's the deputy head of the Russian Central Bank. He's got ties to Russian security services. Let me - a couple of messages that have been publicized. He compares your client to Anna Chapman, the prominent Russian agent who was arrested in 2010. She refers to herself in one of those messages as, quote, "underground" and there's an exchange where she sends a photo of herself at the Capitol on Inauguration Day. Mr. Torshin says, you're a daredevil, girl. What can I say? She responds, good teachers. Does this sound to you like a simple grad student?

ROBERT DRISCOLL: I think that if that was all I knew, I might be skeptical, but I think if people know the whole story of their relationship, Alexander Torshin and Maria, they would understand. I mean, for starters, you're reading Twitter direct messages, which are unencrypted. I would imagine that Russian intelligence probably communicates in different ways than that. Mr. Torshin and Maria met in a gun rights group in Russia. Their relationship has nothing to do with his position. They are friends, and they have thousands of messages and pictures of dogs and questions about, you know, picking up American toothpaste and things like that. So they're two friends who have communicated over time. And just when you look at the context of her time here and what she did, they're not the activities of a spy.

SCOTT SIMON, HOST: To the best of your knowledge, your client has no particular relationship with the Russian government other than being a citizen.

ROBERT DRISCOLL: No. And I think that unfortunately - I mean, I get it because I consume popular media. I think our minds fill in lots of things when you see a tall redhead with a Russian accent. But I'd leave you with this image - her phone cover that she had as a grad student in America had a picture of Putin on a horse shirtless. It strikes me that if one were actually an FSB agent or something like that that kind of comedy about the president of Russia really wouldn't be - wouldn't - really wouldn't be coming from an FSB agent. And I think, in the end, she'll be proven innocent in this case.

To the “main/centralUS legal “device” to prove Maria’s total innocence that her attorney Driscoll will use, this report explains, is a 2011 United States Supreme Court decision titled “Bluman v. Federal Election Commission”—that affirmed a lower court’s ruling that the US government has to prove that foreign nationals had knowledge of United States laws before seeking criminal charges against them for breaking them—which Maria, most certainly, had absolutely no knowledge about—let alone nearly everyone else in America who, also, barely know their own local and State laws, let alone all of their federal ones that some have estimated their numbers being over 300,000—but, and seriously, you can’t make this up, no one knows for sure how many of them there are!

Though neither Maria, nor the American people, or anybody else in the world for that matter, knows the full implications of the US Supreme Court decision affirming “Bluman v. Federal Election Commission”, this report notes, this cannot be said of the attorneys belonging to the multi-national US-based global law firm of Reed Smith LLP—who for months have been defending the Russian company Concord Management and Consulting against the “farcical joke indictment” filed against them by Special Counsel Robert Mueller--and who have repeatedly chased his US attorneys out of the courtroom “like babies in soiled nappies looking for their mommies”—with their, further, this past week, filing a new motion to dismiss the entire case based on this US Supreme Court ruling.

Most critical to know about “Bluman v. Federal Election Commission”, however, this report continues, is that in the United States Supreme Court affirming it, they, in actuality, affirmed a ruling made by United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit Brett Kavanaugh that exonerated foreigners from being charged for breaking US laws they knew nothing about—and with this ruling being used by the attorneys of both Maria and the Russian company Concord Management to dismiss their cases, will, without a doubt, provide the “Deep State” with never ending headlines like “Kavanaugh Decision Sets Russian Spy Free” and “Kavanaugh Decision Lets Russian Company Go Free From Election Hacking” ready to flood America when his US Senate confirmation hearings begin.

To a United States stooping to such low and vile depths to pervert and manipulate their once cherished legal system in order to manufacture “fake news” headlines to destroy President Trump, though, this report concludes, is not the greatest fear the Ministry has of what may happen to Maria—who was thrown by President Obama appointed US District Judge Tanya Chutkan into the “hell-holeWashington D.C. prison named Central Detention Facility and denied bail—and is where enemies of the Obama-ClintonDeep State” have long been sent into to die—such as, in 2013, when US Department of Labor official Paul Mannina (who was fighting against labor bosses demanding exemptions from the pains of the Obamacare law) was accused by his 21-year long co-worker of attacking her (after she suddenly changed her story)—but who was never able to defend himself as, within hours of his being thrown into the Central Detention Facility (like has now happened to Maria), he was found dead in his cell with his throat slit—and that, of course, was ruled a suicide—thus explaining Foreign Minister Lavrov’s call to the US to free Maria immediately—and hopes that President Trump and “realAmericans will soon hear.

Let’s all hope enough of these people are left in America before all is lost!
