LXIV

MUCH HISTORY HAS BEEN SWEPT UNDER THE RUG TO KEEP IT HIDDEN FROM THE MASSES. 

This choice bit of history was submitted by a reader and certainly puts a light on some of, not only England's jurisprudence, but America's as well.  How many are aware of what the BAR stands for in reference to the BAR Association?  British Accreditation Registry!  My thanks to Niki H for this and so much more.

King John’s Concession of England to the Pope

To summarize what is a complicated (and disputed) sequence of events, the monks secretly elected Reginald, their subprior and attempted to obtain papal approval of his appointment and when that failed, bowed to the king's wishes and in December 1206 elected John Gray. Unfortunately by this time both sides had involved Pope Innocent III in the dispute, who ended up supporting neither and at Viterbo on the 17th July 1207 consecrated his own choice, an Englishman named Stephen Langton.

King John refused to accept this appointment and as a result on Sunday 23rd March 1208 Innocent III placed the whole of England under an interdict. When that failed to persuade John to change his mind the pope excommunicated the king in November 1209. Although negotiations continued between the king and the papacy what eventually brought matters to a head was the Welsh revolt of 1212 together with the news that Philip Augustus of France was planning an invasion of England.

Agreement was eventually reached at Dover on the 13th May 1213 and a formal charter was signed on the 15th and later ratified at St Paul's Cathedral on the 3rd October in the presence of Nicholas, Bishop of Tusculum.

Under this agreement John surrendered the sovereignty of England and Ireland to the papacy (do offer and freely concede to ... our lord pope Innocent and to his Catholic successors, the whole kingdom of England and the whole kingdom Ireland, with all their rights and appurtenances) and promptly received them back from the pope (now receiving and holding them, as it were a vassal, from God and the Roman church) and agreed to pay seven hundred marks every year for England, and another three hundred marks in respect of Ireland.

This stratagem by which John conceded his kingdom to the pope was essentially a diplomatic manoeuvre by which he became reconciled to the church and brought the support of Innocent III. "Henceforth Innocent III abetted the king unswervingly, even in his most arbitrary conduct."

The Concession of England To The Pope

John, by the grace of God, king of England, lord of Ireland, duke of Normandy and Aquitaine, count of Anjou, to all the faithful of Christ who shall look upon this present charter, greeting.

We wish it to be known to all of you, through this our charter, furnished with our seal, that inasmuch as we had offended in many ways God and our mother the holy church, and in consequence are known to have very, much needed the divine mercy, and can not offer anything worthy for making due satisfaction to God and to the church unless we humiliate ourselves and our kingdoms:- we, wishing to humiliate ourselves for Him who humiliated Himself for us unto death, the grace of the Holy Spirit inspiring, not induced by force or compelled by fear, but of our own good and spontaneous will and by the common counsel of our barons, do offer and freely concede to God and His holy apostles Peter and Paul and to our mother the holy Roman church, and to our lord pope Innocent and to his Catholic successors, the whole kingdom of England and the whole kingdom Ireland, with all their rights and appurtenances, for the remission of our own sins and of those of our whole race as well for the living as for the dead; and now receiving and holding them, as it were a vassal, from God and the Roman church, in the presence of that prudent man Pandulph, subdeacon and of the household of the lord pope, we perform and swear fealty for them to him our aforesaid lord pope Innocent, and his catholic successors and the Roman church, according to the form appended; and in the presence of the lord pope, if we shall be able to come before him, we shall do liege homage to him; binding our successors aid our heirs by our wife forever, in similar manner to perform fealty and show homage to him who shall be chief pontiff at that time, and to the Roman church without demur. As a sign, moreover, of this our own will, we establish perpetual obligation and concession, we will establish that from the proper and especial revenues of our aforesaid kingdoms, for all the service and customs which we ought to render for them, saving in all things the penny of Saint Peter, the Roman church shall receive yearly a thousand marks sterling, namely at the feast of Saint Michael five hundred marks, and at Easter five hundred marks, namely seven hundred for the kingdom of England, and three hundred for the kingdom of Ireland - saving to us and to our heirs our rights, liberties and regalia; all of which things, as they have been described above, we wish to have perpetually valid and firm; and we bind ourselves and our successors not to act counter to them. And if we or any one of our successors shall presume to attempt this, whoever he be, unless being duly warned he come to his kingdom, and this senses, be shall lose his right to the kingdom, and this charter of our obligation and concession shall always remain firm.

I, John, by the grace of God, king of England and lord of Ireland, from this hour forth will be faithful to God and Saint Peter and the Roman church and my lord pope Innocent and his Successors who are ordained in a Catholic manner: I shall not bring it about by deed, word, consent or counsel, that they lose life or members or be taken captive, I will impede their being harmed if I know of it, and will cause harm to be removed from them if I shall be able: otherwise as quickly as I can I will intimate it or tell of it to such persons as I believe for certain will inform them. Any counsel which they entrust to me through themselves or through their envoys or through their letters, I will keep secret, nor will I knowingly disclose it to anyone to their harm. I will aid to the best of my ability in holding and defending against all men the patrimony of Saint Peter, and especially the kingdom of England and the kingdom of Ireland. So may God and these holy Gospels aid me.

Ramey comments:  We need to keep in mind that all this took place before America became a nation.  It was before the loss of the Vatican Navy in 1588.  It was before the creation of the "Image of the Beast". 

We have come to the place in the stream of time that is noted in the book of Habakkuk.  We live in the nation mentioned in that book that is running roughshod over the other nations of the world.  It was established, as it says, for correction of the nations, but has gone past that to the point of robbing nations at will.  Now we are looking at the comeuppance.  We are facing the time foretold in Isaiah 13 when our LORD will come, "…cruel both with wrath and fierce anger" (verse 9), and correct that which needs correcting on planet earth.

EACH DAY THE NEWS GETS WORSE

There is news of super flu bugs and super new bugs created or up-graded by men in their bid for planetary dominion.  Next comes the breaking news that our government is now essentially controlled by the Muslim Brotherhood.  This all serves to underscore and put into bold print the things I have been showing you in these Commentaries.  America is to be destroyed completely.  It is not going to be occupied by China or any other nation because it will be uninhabitable(see Isaiah 13:20).   The new strains of bugs are simply the beginnings of the death of 100 million Americans by "…famine and pestilence" and the takeover by Muslim presages the 100 million to have their blood spilled in the fall of the nation (see Ezekiel 5). 

We can hide our heads in the sands of mythology and political promises but that is not going to protect us.  The threat of an invasion from outer space is very real, however, the picture the media will shortly be painting of it will be as skewed as their painting of the Al Queda in Syria as the good guys. 

Even though most have some sort of fuzzy concept of all the gov'ts of the world being gathered near Jerusalem for the final battle of the age, they can soon be reprogrammed when they hear repeated over and over again on the boob tube that these are the bad guys.  The truth is that it is the bad guys who own the governments that are destroying the earth and more bad guys in the media painting them as heroes.  The armies sent to the Jerusalem area to battle the new and peaceful settlement which will shortly be established there will become vulture food and you can see this in Revelations 19. 

The final settlement to the Israeli/Palestinian situation may very well come in April of 2014, (or even before), but it will not be due to the jawboning and arm twisting of John Kerry.  You can see how it will be accomplished in the 29th chapter of Isaiah.  The present government of Israel, (those who,   "… say they are Jews and are not but do lie"--- Revelation 3:9), will be destroyed but the invaders will be routed before they can do the looting.  The wealth of Israel will be preserved for those individuals who make their way, from all over the world but mainly America, to the new community and government established in the Jerusalem area.  You can see their defense in Isaiah 30:27-30.

I know this sounds "Orwellian" but it has been preserved in the writings of the prophets for millennia and when we begin to understand what they have written, their descriptions of world situations today are pretty sobering. 

Before putting our trust in man, men or groups of men, to deliver us, perhaps we should look back across, not only history, but our own lives as well.  History is a corollary of the mismanagement of planet earth.  When we draw on our own observations, it becomes obvious that, despite all the flowery political promises, each successive party takes us to a new depth in the cesspool of humanity..  This situation was foretold many centuries ago in the 2nd chapter of the book of Daniel which is now opened to those who are still capable of thinking.

In the dream image of Nebuchadnezzar, he saw a form in the shape of a man whose head was of gold, arms and torso of silver, belly and thighs of brass, legs of iron and feet of iron/clay mix.  Daniel interpreted the dream for the king and showed that he (Nebuchadnezzar) was the head of gold.  Gold tops the nobility chart. 

Daniel showed the king that the four divisions of the image of his dream represented four empires to rule the earth from his day right on out to the end of the age.  The astute history student will see through the "spin doctoring" of history in order to hide the fact that this prophecy in the book of Daniel has played out precisely down through the years.  The second part of the image was silver, (still on the nobility chart but lower) and was the Medo-Persian Empire.  Note the two arms. 

Next came the brass of the belly and thighs and we find it the first of the vision that is a man made metal or mix of metals called an alloy.  This, of course, was the empire of Alexander which became divided when Alexander died and his empire was split between his top four generals. The division was into four regions at first but these were soon reduced to two becoming the kingdom/empire of the south (Egypt, Ethiopia and Libya) and the kingdom/empire of the north (Syria at first but it was soon absorbed into the Roman Empire making it the empire of the north.)  This has been covered in greater detail in past Commentaries.

The point I'm making with this is the deterioration of these empires/ societies/mankind from the head of gold some two and a half millennia ago, down through the silver of the second empire, the brass of the third empire, the iron of the beginning of the fourth and the iron/clay mix representing the savages of today.  This is covered in chapter 2 of the book of Daniel and is depicting the decomposition of character of nations/societies/mankind that we call civilization. 

It must now be dealt with in this generation or else there will be no flesh left alive (see Matthew 24:22).  The corrective action is going to be devastating but then so is inaction.  Look at Fukushima.  

Should we heed the call to action to fight this invasion of aliens intent on destroying the governments that have given us chem trails, bankers, lawyers, nuclear proliferation, IRS, CIA, DHS, TSA, wars unceasing, governments growing like cancer and building hidey holes to protect themselves from the wrath of the masses and the wrath of the Sovereign leading the invasion from space?

We need to become familiar with more than the book of Daniel.  We need to be aware of Isaiah 13 and chapters 50 and 51 of the book of Jeremiah and heed the admonitions thereof.  We need to be aware of Isaiah 52:10-12 and watch events in the middle east. We need to know that soil, air, food and water, already poisoned, and radiation advancing across the Pacific that is already devastating sea life, is going to shortly add the name of America to the list of nations that once were.    When you look at the number of Americans who simply cannot (or will not) see these things, it takes on an aspect that can only be described as grave.

Babylon is going down only this time it will not be a repeat of the almost bloodless coup that took down old Babylon.  There is a principle in Numbers 35 that must be played out and that is spilled blood must be atoned for on a "one on one" basis.  One third of our citizens will die of spilled blood.  One third will die of famine and pestilence and one third will be sold as slaves (see Ezekiel 5). 

When I first began writing about this some two years or more ago, it was laughable.  Now it seems that considerably fewer people are laughing.  As we see "False flags" multiplying like rabbits, as we see the Muslim terrorists financed from the U.S. Treasury and as we see the Fukushima radiation killing off the Pacific Ocean and causing a spike in thyroid cancer on our west coast, it becomes obvious, even to those in denial, that something is seriously wrong in our world today.  The purpose of these Commentaries is to illustrate that.

Now, we are rapidly approaching the time all this is going to be corrected.  That time has already begun as we can see in Jeremiah 51:1-2.  But this is only the softening up process.  The next step will be much more dramatic and it appears we will see it in weeks or months --- not years! 

IT WOULD SEEM THE SAME UNHOLY ALLIANCES THAT DEVASTATED THE INDIANS' HABITAT ARE NOW INTENT ON TURNING PLANET EARTH INTO A NUCLEAR WASTELAND

We watch with much anticipation as the nuclear genie, released from the bottle in Fukushima, now advances across the earth, destroying as it goes.  Now we have a bit of time for Monday morning quarterbacking, to ask ourselves why we created this monster to begin with?

The answer is really quite simple and amounts to lust for power and unbridled greed --- the same driving force that prompted us to kill off the Indians for their land. 

There is no way to understand where this is going outside of scriptural knowledge.  I know we have advanced far beyond what most consider superstition, but are we then to sit idly by as we are fried with radiation and poisoned by our own government bureaucracies?

Are we to watch in horror as our earth is destroyed?  Have we no recourse?

Believe it or not, there is some good news amidst all the bad news we see today.  The good news is that the earth is going to survive but the politicians are not.  You see, the state of affairs we have devolved to on earth was foreseen millennia ago and messages were given to the prophets to write down for us to read and consider.  Some have considered these to be the scribblings of men high on opium or some other drug of choice but when we begin to examine these writings, we find them uncannily accurate in describing our situation today.  How could men some 2-3 millennia ago describe our world today? 

Men couldn't but one who had watched the scenario play out before could.  We have been so brainwashed by religion and governments today that we tend to believe that we evolved from polka dotted air bubbles or love sick amoeba.  The media has pooh-poohed the idea of extraterrestrials for so long that the average joe is reluctant to even consider the concept because his neighbors might begin to look at him strangely.   

We find the crux of the problem described quite succinctly in Isaiah 24:5-6.  "The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinances, broken the everlasting covenant."

6  "Therefore has the curse devoured the earth and they that dwell therein are desolate:  therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned and few men left."

Now, it would seem, that the media has to reverse their position and ramp up the idea that there are beings coming from outer space to subdue and conquer planet earth.   And they will be right on target.  This is about to happen but the spin put on it by the media will be that these are demonic beings determined to kill off all earthlings and take the planet for themselves.  That is not exactly true.  It is true that a contingency of extraterrestrials are about to invade planet earth.  The prophets spoke of this at quite some length.  It is also true that there are already extraterrestrials here and have mingled with humans many years ago (see Genesis 6).   And there is going to be unimaginable destruction as those coming from outer space decimate the governments that have held the earth in slavery for millennia. 

We are even shown where this invasion force is going to establish their command center in Isaiah 29.  We are shown how the area is to be evacuated to make room for a new settlement in the same chapter.  The next few chapters show how that community will begin to thrive agriculturally and where the wealth will come from for them to build their kingdom. 

Those raised on the religious and educational myths of today, will, in no way begin to understand this, but the earth is going to be rebuilt under a different jurisdiction than that of Satan the devil.  We are just before the time when he is to be chained for 1000 years and the jurisdictional umbilical cord to his underlings will be cut.  We see this in Daniel 7:12. 

We are about to see, not only the greatest military reversal in all of history, but the greatest policy reversal of all time.  Satan and his minions are about to be dethroned.  

What this means in terms of everyday living is that the money moguls are no longer in charge of the future of planet earth.  They will be destroyed along with the idols they worship.  We see the beginning of this in Isaiah 13.  We see the details in Jeremiah 50 and 51.  The earth is about to undergo changes that will be mind boggling. 

Today's magistrates will become tomorrow's vulture food.  We need to understand that "business as usual" is about to end with a crash.  We need to understand that the path of idolatry pursued today is not permanent and is about to be terminated.  The biggest change in the world since the days of Noah is just before unfolding.

This all begins to make more sense if we can see that the end time Babylon is America.  We know there is to be an end time Babylon for we can see in Revelations 18 where it is to be destroyed in one hour.

Can we identify this Babylon?  The book of Habakkuk may help but the chapters 50 and 51 of Jeremiah nails it down tightly. 

Who is it that will understand these things?  We find the answer in Daniel 12:10.  The angel speaking with Daniel divides the end time world into only two camps --- the wise and the wicked.  We find ourselves in one of those camps.  The book of Daniel was to be sealed until the "time of the end", and now that book is very obviously opened.  It is time to sit up and take notice.  We are coming into the final days of this age and it would behoove us to know what comes next.  The world has gone crazy --- I know no other way to describe it.

We have the rogue nation of Habakkuk taking down one nation after another and it would seem the motive is robbery.  We have nuclear capability advanced to the point of destroying all life on earth.  We have the governments of this earth in the process of exterminating the masses and we have extraterrestrials beginning to play a major part in world politics.  We can bury our heads in the sands of mythology and pretend this isn't happening, but did that work with WW II?

We need to come to grips with what is happening in our world today. We are living in the end of an age and we are living in the times when the world is going to be turned upside down.  (Isaiah 24:1).  We are living in the time just preceding "The LORD's Day".  (See Isaiah 13).

We are living in the days just prior to the "…Vengeance of our Lord."

We are living in unprecedented times. 

The prophets deal at some length with the few that are to be extracted from the world of Satan's governments and brought into the true New World Order.  We see an account of this in Isaiah 52:10-12 and obviously it is to be widely publicized (see verse 10).  These are the few that can see through the deception and hypocrisy of religion and politics.  These are the few that can see truth and embrace it as well as seeing the evil and shunning it. These are those who know the Creator's name (Isaiah 52:6).  These are those who know the governments of this world belong to Satan as is so clearly stated in Luke 4.  These are those like the Bereans who can receive new concepts "…with all readiness of mind and search the scriptures whether these things be so." 

The chaos we call civilization is about to be destroyed totally.  Those who worship it will be destroyed with it.  These are the ones that worship the beast or the image of the beast.  Their fate is laid out in Revelations 19:20.  These are all this world's governments and those who preside over them. They are having their last fling now and then will be gone.  Their vision of a new world order created by men under the tutelage of Satan will perish with them.  It is not to be (see Daniel, chapter 2).

Now people are wondering, "When is this to be?"  And, of course, that is a valid question.  The apostles asked Christ the same question and for an answer, I will refer you to the same answer He gave them.  You can find their question in Matthew 24, verse 3, and His answer follows in the rest of the chapter.  You can find the parallel accounts in Mark 13 and Luke 21.  These accounts, of course, do not give a definite date and time of day but rather the events to watch for leading up to the day.  You can see in I Thessalonians 5:4 that there are to be a few who will have advance knowledge of that day and they do it by being familiar with Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21 and watching world events.  We are given several waymarks to watch for but we need to come to understand what the prophets are telling us and in context. 

The book of Daniel is the key to understanding prophecy and it was sealed at the time of writing until the time of the end.  That book has now been opened and it would behoove us to begin to understand what it is telling us. 

I see much discussion on the web of the possibility of a killer tsunami hitting our east coast in the near future should the Canary Islands caldera blow in a manner comparable to the last time over a hundred thousand years ago.  They show all manner of studies by men in support of their theories but I have yet to see one of them point out what the prophet Jeremiah had to say about this.  Jeremiah 51:42 says, "The sea is come up upon Babylon:  she is covered with the multitude of the waves thereof."

If you don't know who the modern day Babylon is, then it is high time you found out.  A good place to start would be Revelation 18, in which this Babylon is to be destroyed "…in one hour".  Next, check out the rogue nation in the little book of Habakkuk that runs roughshod over the other nations of the world until the Creator steps in to level the playing field.  This nation is called "Chaldea" but even a cursory word study will reveal that Chaldea equals Babylon.  Note also, in chapter 2, verse 3 that this prophecy is for the end time. 

After checking out the above references, then go to Jeremiah 50-51 and look at who is to rise up against this modern day Babylon and compare it with the nations and alliances you see preparing for world war today.  Keep in mind that Iran is Persia and the Medes are Russians.  If in doubt, do your own research starting in Genesis 10 and using the works of Josephus to identify the nations by correcting the Greek renaming of the nations of old.  And yes, this is the same confederacy that took out old Babylon. 

You should see in those two chapters that, not only does Babylon (America), lose this war but survivors are evacuated and the land is left a wilderness (nuclear wilderness) uninhabited and uninhabitable.

This rounds out the prophecy of Ezekiel 5 and that has been covered in past Commentaries. 

So the time of Ezekiel 7:19 is rapidly approaching when the wealth of today's power moguls "…will not deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD".  Some will make it to their hidey-holes (called DUMBs) but these will be their nuclear powered holding cells until things settle down enough to bring them out for trial for crimes against humanity.

(See Isaiah 24:21-22).  It is likely they will spend a number of years in those underground tombs.

I showed you above that the book of Habakkuk is for the end time but notice what else it tells us in chapter 1, verse 5.  "Behold you among the heathen and regard and wonder marvelously: for I will work a work in your days which you will not believe though it be told you."

Could it just be that it has been "…told you"?

IS IT JUST POSSIBLE THAT, AGAIN, WE HAVE OVERLOOKED SOMETHING IMPORTANT?

As we watch the news get worse by the day, we need to condition ourselves to think the unthinkable.  The destruction planet earth is about to see is going to make WW II look like a cakewalk.  We have to begin to think in terms of, not only dead oceans, but geographical reshaping.  Most of us have already seen the maps allegedly put out by the U.S. Navy showing America with entire states and parts of states missing, coastlines altered and the Mississippi River an inland sea twenty or more miles wide.  Do we consider this a product of someone's imagination or is this really in the plans? 

We see accounts of various calderas rumbling and earth passing through a debris field producing fireballs seen around the country.  We see world leaders with fingers on nuclear triggers looking for an event to justify lighting the world up with nuclear war.  It would seem the earth is groaning under the weight of all the idolatry.

To set the stage for what I want to get across, let me call your attention to a scripture you all know quite well and that is Daniel 2:35.  This is about a stone that was cut out without hands (verse 34) that smote the dream image of Nebuchadnezzar. We see in the last part of verse 35 that the stone then, "…became a great mountain and filled the whole earth."

Now please turn to another scripture you also know well and that is Revelation 17.  The topic her is Mystery Babylon the Great pictured as a harlot riding a seven headed beast.  Verse 9 says, "… the seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits."

If you don't already know that a mountain represents a kingdom or government, Amos 4:1 and 6:1 should add some light on this.

Now I would like to call your attention to an event in Revelation 8:8 that I have envisioned as perhaps another Krakatoa where 3-4 cubic miles of earth were launched into the atmosphere and ocean.  This concept seemed to be supported by the constant earthquake and volcanic activity in that area.  Revelation 8:8 says, "The second angel sounded and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea."

We can see what appears to have been a massive hydrological explosion when the island of Madagascar (the size of California) was torn away from the east coast of Africa.  When water makes contact with molten metal, interesting things happen. 

Now I would like to call your attention to what is happening in Japan with a nuclear meltdown that is now burning it's way down through layers of earth and with explosions now occurring.  Not only are there nuclear explosions going on down there but Japan is known for some terrible earthquakes.  When the combination of these crack open the mountains Japan sits on, I expect the unthinkable to happen!  If what appears to be the result of an hydrological explosion (Madagascar) seems impressive, what will a nuclear/hydrological explosion look like?  Going back to Revelation 8:8, it continues with, "…and the third part of the sea became blood."  Verse 9 continues:  "And a third part of the creatures which were in the sea and had life died and the third part of the ships were destroyed."  This appears to be a major event and far reaching.  Note the wide open expanse of the Pacific Ocean for a tsunami to travel unimpeded. 

Japan is a nation and a great nation (or great mountain).  It's a small country the size of California but competing with America in the auto industry.  It had a population of over 100 million in 1970.  Is this great mountain about to be "…cast into the sea"?
