COMMENTARY & OPINION
LXXX

Greetings Friends around the world:

Judging from outbreaks of deadly viruses around the world, it would seem the 4th seal of Revelation 6 has been opened.  What this means is that things will progress quickly through seal # 5 to # 6 and this appears to be the destruction of the U.S. and the beginning of Jacob's Trouble.  Jacob's Trouble is a period of three and one half years of the tribes of Israel in captivity.

Last week's Commentary was only three articles.  The first was a thumbnail sketch of the world situation by an author eminently quailfied to render such an assessment.  The second was a thumbnail sketch of the situation in America by another eminently qualified judge of situational trends.  The final one was the ongoing situation in Japan.  All three are forces driving the equation today which will culminate in an invasion from outer space labeled, erroneously, by politicians and religionists as an invasion by the antichrist.  .

Final preparations are being made around the world for the granddaddy of all wars and this has been the dream of Luciferians for centuries.  As I have told you in past issues of these Commentaries, this is where the tide turns and those promoting this war will become a part of the casualty list.  Bankers already are being "Arkancided" and this will continue up to and including the Rothschilds ("...keepers of the Vatican treasures" per Encyclopedia Judaica, article Rothschilds).  Military men and politicians will be purged shortly as we come to the end of Jacob's Trouble.

First there will be a massive reeducation effort by the media and the movies to rescind past "pooh-poohing" of aliens and space travel and to acknowledge that we are just before an invasion from outer space.

This is the intervention into earth affairs the prophets told of centuries ago.  But in a last ditch effort to maintain their strangle hold on earth or, failing that, to destroy it completely, the Luciferians will mount this reeducation effort in order to convince the world that this invasion is the anti-christ.  How else could they muster armies to fight the Messiah at His return?  For a preview of these battles and how they turn out, see Isaiah 63:1-4, Zechariah 14 and Revelation 19.

We have seen many examples of educating the public in a direction diametrically opposite to truth.  We saw it in the JFK murder, Ruby Ridge, Waco, Murrah Building bombing, 911, Flight 370 and now we are seeing yet another saga play out in the "Bundy land grab" by the BLM.  And all these have the blessings of top politicos and complicity of judges and law enforcement.  It is for this reason that America is about to be destroyed totally and never again to be inhabited.  See Jeremiah 50-51. It will become a nuclear wilderness.  In this purge, the money and reservations in the hidey-holes will not save the money moguls, judges, lawyers and politicos.

Are we able to see these things and do we see them at our doorstep?

The world in Noah's day did not see the destruction coming.  Neither did those in Sodom and Gomorrah.  How about in our world?  Will those involved in soaps, politics, religion, sports, etc, see what is coming our way?  Perhaps we could find the answer in Daniel 12:10.

We need to understand that just as Assyria and Babylon were whips in Yahweh's hand to correct Israel in times past, Russia is the whip in Yahweh's hand in this end time to bring down the modern Babylon which is America.  If we have eyes to see and ears to hear, we can see this in Jeremiah, chapters 50 and 51.  This is not religious fanaticism, this is real and if we can't see it in the writings of the prophets, we should be able to see it in the Nightly News.

The Nightly News team busy themselves with "looking cool" while Russia talks of Armageddon.  Now the U.S. refuses to provide the information they have on flight 370 and contend that it is a matter of "national security".  National security covers a multitude of sins and one of them is "politicians covering their posteriors".  And yet, the world, (of nations aligning themselves against America), already has the answers they hoped to confirm from American input.  World opinion is rapidly congealing against America and we are rapidly approaching the time of the invasion of the "…assembly of great nations", we see mentioned in Jeremiah 50:9.

We are living in this "…time of the end", and we can see it in the open book of Daniel.  As noted before in these Commentaries, the book of Daniel, sealed at the time of writing, some 2600 years ago, is now opened and we know this because the prophetic event of Daniel 11:42-43 we saw in the news in February of 2011.  So we know that the book of Daniel was opened at that time or at some time previous to that.  We also know that this "…time of the end" is not the three and one half years previously assumed, because it includes the time of "Jacob's Trouble" that is three and one half years.  That time has not yet begun and our understanding of prophecy says it will begin at the destruction of America and Israel.  This brings us to the book of Habakkuk where we find a nation described which can only be the U.S.  Chapter 3:2 says there is to be an historic event at the mid point of the end times which appears to be the destruction of America.

Can we begin to see the handwriting on the wall?  Can we begin to see that we are living in the "…time of the end"?  Can we begin to see that we are very near the mid-point of this seven year period of time?

The world is coming to a crossroads where we have not been before.

We can bury our heads in the sands of modern mythology, such as Columbus discovered America, or we can become a part of the world of the enlightened few in the midst of a world of Sodom and Gomorrah, revisited.  Here, perhaps we can begin to see the reason we are being destroyed.  The picture presented to the world by today's religionists is that Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed for unbridled sexual sins but the book of Jasher indicates this is a gloss over of the real reason which was judicial corruption.  If we have eyes to see and a mind to comprehend Isaiah 40:23-24, it appears we will have no survivors of America's jurisprudence.  They all know their part in the fleecing of America.

The new world will be established upon different values, different laws, and without the deception built into the societies we see today.

Are we ready for a world whose foundation is truth?  Are we ready for a world that calls a spade a spade?  Are we ready to look into just how deep the knife will cut into today's world?  We can get a glimpse of this in Romans the first chapter.  Verse 28 begins:  "And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient

29  "Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

30  "Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

31  "Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful;

32  "Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them."  Is this talking about today's moviegoers and soaps fans?

The world is about to undergo a renovation such as boggles the mind.  What we have come to accept as commonplace, the Creator is about to show us is idolatry.  The world, as we know it, will not survive.  Satan's society (kingdoms - as described in Luke 4) is about to become history.  The replacement society will begin in the Jerusalem area (after the destruction of Israel) and we can begin to see this in Isaiah 29.  This world (Satan's world) is history and its end is coming in this generation and in this administration!

The days of fence straddling are over!  We find ourselves in one of the two camps described in Daniel 12:10.  Either we are in the camp of the wise or we are in the camp of the wicked.  There is no middle ground.  The wise are defined as those who understand the book of Daniel.  The rest comprise the camp of the wicked.  And we are living in the days when the line is about to be drawn between those two camps.

Will there be opposition to the exodus from America?  Was there opposition to the exodus from Egypt?  The exodus from America is covered in Isaiah 52:10-12.  Beginning in verse 10, we see:  "The LORD has made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.

11  "Depart you, depart you, go you out from thence, touch no unclean thing:  go you out of the midst of her;  be you clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.

12  "For you shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you;  and the God of Israel will be your rearguard."

It would seem that this exodus is of paramount importance to the invaders from outer space.  "…the LORD will go before you and the God of Israel (Yahweh) will be your rearguard".  It would seem the power is concentrated in the "rearguard".  Is there going to be a loss of military comparable to the loss of the Egyptian Army in the Red Sea?  We see in verse 10 that this will be viewed by all nations  (No mere "tempest in a teapot").

What we need to understand is that these days are upon us.  The war drums are getting louder.  The American economy is collapsing.  The massing of forces around the Ukraine is but the prelude to the battle that is about to unfold.  And even this is a diversion with the prime targets being Iran and Syria.  Damascus is about to become a "ruinous heap".  (See Isaiah 17:1-4).  Our chief is being led to believe that his life depends on that.  What he doesn't appear to realize is that his life is to be forfeited either way --- see Daniel 11:44-45 --- and that it appears it will be this year.

We live in momentous times.  We live in the "end time".  We live in the times when things are about to begin happening with dizzying speed.  When the "ignition event" happens, it will light the fires of war worldwide as previewed in last week's Commentary.  The preparations are being made, the objectives defined.  Realignments of alliances are now being made daily as the revelations of Edward Snowden become known to national leaders and the perfidy of America becomes obvious to them.  Our sun has set and soon we are to join the ranks of "Nations that once were".

You are not hearing this in the religious world and you are not hearing this in the media.  The drums they are beating include Santa, the Easter bunny and Columbus discovered America.  Their myths also include "Those nasty Arabs precipitated 911" and that the men, women and children burned alive in Waco deserved what they got.

As noted above, Russia is talking Armageddon while America pushes entertainment to the max, while trying to cloud the issue of the collapsing dollar and the onset of a war we evidently have no intention of winning.  America has already been sold to China by our elected representatives.  And yet, China will be the loser in this deal because they will not be allowed to occupy America.  It is just before becoming a nuclear wilderness in the same way the island of Japan is becoming a nuclear wilderness.

The #1 agenda of our federal government appears to be the pushing of Islam.  Everything else seems to be secondary.  Follow the money. See how many American dollars are going to persecute or exterminate Christians around the world.

Why do you suppose the pandemics are being introduced first in Africa?  Could it be because Africa is the most backward nation in the world and yet with vast natural resources?  By depopulating these countries, these resources can be nationalized and money moguls can get richer.  Did anyone notice that Africa was targeted for the kickoff of the AIDs pandemic by the World Health Organization in the late 1960s?  It was spread through smallpox shots for children according to the World's foremost retrovirologist at the time who was Rob't Strecker.

Are we seeing where this world is headed?  Are we watching the way it lines up with what the prophets have said?

Have you ever wondered what Americans will be doing at the time of sudden destruction?  Read Matthew 24:38-39.  Have you wondered what our media will be telling us?  Read I Thessalonians 5:3.

"Be ye therefore ready…"

FOR THOSE WHO THINK WE CAN WORK THROUGH THE COURTS TO "RECOVER AMERICA", THE FOLLOWING ARTICLE IS DEDICATED.

WND EXCLUSIVE
Supreme Court green lights detention of Americans
Lets stand arrests of 'anyone viewed as a troublemaker'
Bob Unruh joined WND in 2006 after nearly three decades with the Associated Press, as well as several Upper Midwest newspapers, where he covered everything from legislative battles and sports to tornadoes and homicidal survivalists. He is also a photographer whose scenic work has been used commercially.

A decision by the U.S. Supreme Court means the federal government now has an open door to “detain as a threat to national security anyone viewed as a troublemaker,” according to critics.

The high court this week refused to review an appeals court decision that said the president and U.S. military can arrest and indefinitely detain individuals.

The firm of William J. Olson, P.C., which filed a friend-of-the court brief asking the court to step in, noted that not a single justice dissented from the denial of the request for review.

“The court ducked, having no appetite to confront both political parties in order to protect the citizens from military detention,” the legal team said in a statement to WND. “The government has won, creating a tragic moment for the people – and what will someday be viewed as an embarrassment for the court.”

The controversial provision authorizes the military, under presidential authority, to arrest, kidnap, detain without trial and hold indefinitely American citizens thought to “represent an enduring security threat to the United States.”

Journalist Chris Hedges was among the plaintiffs charging the law could be used to target journalists who report on terror-related issues.

A friend-of-the-court brief submitted in the case stated: “The central question now before this court is whether the federal judiciary will stand idly by while Congress and the president establish the legal framework for the establishment of a police state and the subjugation of the American citizenry through the threat of indefinite military arrest and detention, without the right to counsel, the right to confront one’s accusers, or the right to trial.”

The brief was submitted to the Supreme Court by attorneys with the U.S. Justice Foundation of Ramona, California; Friedman Harfenist Kraut & Perlstein of Lake Success, New York; and William J. Olson, P.C. of Vienna, Virginia.

The attorneys are Michael Connelly, Steven J. Harfenist, William J. Olson, Herbert W. Titus, John S. Miles, Jeremiah L. Morgan and Robert J. Olson.

They were adding their voices to the chorus asking the Supreme Court to overturn the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which said the plaintiffs didn’t have standing to challenge the law adopted by Congress.

The brief was on behalf of Rep. Steve Stockman, R-Texas, Virginia Delegate Bob Marshall, Virginia Sen. Dick Black, the U.S. Justice Foundation, Gun Owners Foundation, Gun Owners of America, Center for Media & Democracy, Downsize DC Foundation, Downsize DC.org, Free Speech Defense & Education Fund, Free Speech Coalition, Western Journalism Center, The Lincoln Institute, Institute on the Constitution, Abraham Lincoln Foundation and Conservative Legal Defense & Education Fund.

Journalist Chris Hedges, who is suing the government over a controversial provision in the National Defense Authorization Act, is seen here addressing a crowd in New York's Zuccotti Park.

The 2014 NDAA was fast-tracked through the U.S. Senate, with no time for discussion or amendments, while most Americans were distracted by the scandal surrounding A&E’s troubles with “Duck Dynasty” star Phil Robertson.

Eighty-five of 100 senators voted in favor of the new version of the NDAA, which had already been quietly passed by the House of Representatives.

Hedges, a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, and others filed a lawsuit in 2012 against the Obama administration to challenge the legality of an earlier version of the NDAA.

It is Section 1021 of the 2012 NDAA, and its successors, that drew a lawsuit by Hedges, Daniel Ellsberg, Jennifer Bolen, Noam Chomsky, Alex O’Brien, Kai Warg All, Brigitta Jonsottir and the group U.S. Day of Rage. Many of the plaintiffs are authors or reporters who stated that the threat of indefinite detention by the U.S. military already had altered their activities.

“It’s clearly unconstitutional,” Hedges said of the bill. “It is a huge and egregious assault against our democracy. It overturns over 200 years of law, which has kept the military out of domestic policing.”

Hedges is a former foreign correspondent for the New York Times and was part of a team of reporters awarded a Pulitzer Prize in 2002 for the paper’s coverage of global terrorism.

The friend-of-the-court brief warned the precedent “leaves American citizens vulnerable to arrest and detention, without the protection of the Bill of Rights, under either the plaintiff’s or the government’s theory of the case.”

“The judiciary must not await subsequent litigation to resolve this issue, as the nature of military detention is that American citizens then would have no adequate legal remedy,” the brief explained.

John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute, said that once again, the U.S. Supreme Court “has shown itself to be an advocate for the government, no matter how illegal its action, rather than a champion of the Constitution and, by extension, the American people.”

“No matter what the Obama administration may say to the contrary, actions speak louder than words, and history shows that the U.S. government is not averse to locking up its own citizens for its own purposes,” he said. “What the NDAA does is open the door for the government to detain as a threat to national security anyone viewed as a troublemaker.

Whitehead said that “according to government guidelines for identifying domestic extremists – a word used interchangeably with terrorists, that technically applies to anyone exercising their First Amendment rights in order to criticize the government.”

There already is precedent for the mass detainment of citizens.

In 1944, while the U.S. was defending itself in a war launched by Japan, the government rounded up thousands of Japanese Americans and placed them in camps under the approval of the high court in its Korematsu v. United States decision.

The new law authorizes the president to use “all necessary and appropriate force” to jail those “suspected” of helping terrorists.

The Obama administration had claimed in court that the NDAA does not apply to American citizens, but Rutherford attorneys said the language of the law “is so unconstitutionally broad and vague as to open the door to arrest and indefinite detentions for speech and political activity that might be critical of the government.”

The law specifically allows for the arrests of those who “associate” or “substantially support” terror groups.

“These terms, however, are not defined in the statute, and the government itself is unable to say who exactly is subject to indefinite detention based upon these terms, leaving them open to wide ranging interpretations which threaten those engaging in legitimate First Amendment activities,” Rutherford said.

At the trial court, on Sept. 12, 2012, U.S. District Judge Katherine Forrest of the Southern District Court of New York ruled in favor of the plaintiffs and placed a permanent injunction on the indefinite detention provision.

Obama then appealed, and the 2nd Circuit authorized the government detention program.

Since the law passed, multiple states have passed laws banning its enforcement. Herb Titus, a constitutional expert, previously told WND Forrest’s ruling underscored “the arrogance of the current regime, in that they will not answer questions that they ought to answer to a judge because they don’t think they have to.”

The judge explained that the plaintiffs alleged paragraph 1021 is “constitutionally infirm, violating both their free speech and associational rights guaranteed by the 1st Amendment as well due process rights guaranteed by the 5th Amendment.”

She noted the government “did not call any witnesses, submit any documentary evidence or file any declarations.”

“It must be said that it would have been a rather simple matter for the government to have stated that as to these plaintiffs and the conduct as to which they would testify, that [paragraph] 1021 did not and would not apply, if indeed it did or would not,” she wrote.

Instead, the administration only responded with, “I’m not authorized to make specific representations regarding specific people.”

Forrest wrote that the court’s “attempt to avoid having to deal with the constitutional aspects of the challenge was by providing the government with prompt notice in the form of declarations and depositions of the … conduct in which plaintiffs are involved and which they claim places them in fear of military detention.”

“To put it bluntly, to eliminate these plaintiffs’ standing simply by representing that their conduct does not fall within the scope of 1021 would have been simple. The government chose not to do so – thereby ensuring standing and requiring this court to reach the merits of the instant motion,” she said.

“Plaintiffs have stated a more than plausible claim that the statute inappropriately encroaches on their rights under the 1st Amendment.”

Ramey comments:

My only comment is Isaiah 40:23-24.

23.  "That brings the princes to nothing; He makes the judges of the earth as vanity.

24.  "Yes, they shall not be planted; yes, they shall not be sown: Yes their stock shall not take root in the earth and He shall also blow upon them and they shall wither and the whirlwind shall take them away as stubble."
