U.S. is Responsible for the Ebola Outbreak in West Africa: Liberian Scientist

A History of Guatemala’s Syphilis Experiment: How a U.S. Led Team Performed Human Experimentations in Central America

Dr. Cyril Broderick, A Liberian scientist and a former professor of Plant Pathology at the University of Liberia’s College of Agriculture and Forestry says the West, particularly the U.S. is responsible for the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Dr. Broderick claims the following in an exclusive article published in the Daily Observer based in Monrovia, Liberia. He wrote the following:

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is funding Ebola trials on humans, trials which started just weeks before the Ebola outbreak in Guinea and Sierra Leone. The reports continue and state that the DoD gave a contract worth $140 million dollars to Tekmira, a Canadian pharmaceutical company, to conduct Ebola research. This research work involved injecting and infusing healthy humans with the deadly Ebola virus. Hence, the DoD is listed as a collaborator in a “First in Human” Ebola clinical trial (NCT02041715, which started in January 2014 shortly before an Ebola epidemic was declared in West Africa in March.

Is it possible that the United States Department of Defense (DOD) and other Western countries are directly responsible for infecting Africans with the Ebola virus? Dr. Broderick claims that the U.S. government has a research laboratory located in a town called Kenema in Sierra Leone that studies what he calls “viral fever bioterrorism”, It is also the town where he acknowledges that is the “epicentre of the Ebola outbreak in West Africa.” Is it a fact? Is Dr. Broderick a conspiracy theorist? He says that “there is urgent need for affirmative action in protecting the less affluent of poorer countries, especially African citizens, whose countries are not as scientifically and industrially endowed as the United States and most Western countries, sources of most viral or bacterial GMOs that are strategically designed as biological weapons.” He also asks an important question when he says “It is most disturbing that the U. S. Government has been operating a viral hemorrhagic fever bioterrorism research laboratory in Sierra Leone. Are there others?”

Well, Mr. Broderick’s claims seem to be true. After all, the U.S. government has been experimenting with deadly diseases on human beings for a long time, history tells us so. One example is Guatemala. Between 1946 and 1948, the United States government under President Harry S. Truman in collaboration with Guatemalan President Juan José Arévalo and his health officials deliberately infected more than 1500 soldiers, prostitutes, prisoners and even mental patients with syphilis and other sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea and chancroid (a bacterial sexual infection) out of more than 5500 Guatemalan people who participated in the experiments. The worst part of it is that none of the test subjects infected with the diseases ever gave informed consent. The Boston Globe published the discovery made by Medical historian and professor at Wellesley College, Susan M. Reverby in 2010 called ‘Wellesley professor unearths a horror: Syphilis experiments in Guatemala.’ It stated how she came across her discovery:

Picking through musty files in a Pennsylvania archive, a Wellesley College professor made a heart-stopping discovery: US government scientists in the 1940s deliberately infected hundreds of Guatemalans with syphilis and gonorrhea in experiments conducted without the subjects’ permission. Medical historian Susan M. Reverby happened upon the documents four or five years ago while researching the infamous Tuskegee syphilis study and later shared her findings with US government officials.

The unethical research was not publicly disclosed until yesterday, when President Obama and two Cabinet secretaries apologized to Guatemala’s government and people and pledged to never repeat the mistakes of the past — an era when it was not uncommon for doctors to experiment on patients without their consent.

After Reverby’s discovery, the Obama administration apparently gave an apology to then-President Alvaro Colom according to the Boston Globe:

Yesterday, Obama called President Álvaro Colom Caballeros of Guatemala to apologize, and Obama’s spokesman told reporters the experiment was “tragic, and the United States by all means apologizes to all those who were impacted by this.

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton had called Colom Thursday night to break the news to him. In her conversation with the Guatemalan president, Clinton expressed “her personal outrage and deep regret that such reprehensible research could occur,’’ said Arturo Valenzuela, assistant secretary of state for Western Hemisphere affairs.

The study in Guatemala was led by John Cutler, a US health service physician who also took part in the controversial Tuskegee Syphilis experiments which began in the 1930’s. Researchers wanted to study the effects of a group of antibiotics called penicillin on affected individuals. The prevention and treatment of syphilis and other venereal diseases were also included in the experimentation. Although they were treated with antibiotics, more than 83 people had died according to BBC news in 2011 following a statement issued by Dr Amy Gutmann, head of the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues:

The Commission said some 5,500 Guatemalans were involved in all the research that took place between 1946 and 1948. Of these, some 1,300 were deliberately infected with syphilis, gonorrhoea or another sexually transmitted disease, chancroid. And of that group only about 700 received some sort of treatment. According to documents the commission had studied, at least 83 of the 5,500 subjects had died by the end of 1953.

Washington’s reaction to the report is a farce. The apology made to Guatemala’s government was for the sake of public relations. Washington knows about its human experimentations in the past with deadly diseases conducted by government-funded laboratories that are known to be harmful to the public. The U.S. government is guilty in conducting numerous medical experiments on people not only in Guatemala but in other countries and on its own territory. As the Boston Globe report mentioned, the Tuskegee Syphilis Study occurred between 1932 and 1972 by the U.S. Public Health Service to study the “natural progression” of untreated syphilis in the African American population. The U.S. Public Health Service and the Tuskegee Institute collaborated in 1932 and enrolled 600 poor sharecroppers from Macon County, Alabama to study the syphilis infection. However, it was documented that at least 400 of those had the disease (they were never informed that they actually had syphilis) while the remaining 200 did not. They received free medical care, food and even free burial insurance for participating in the study. Documents revealed that they were told that they had “bad blood” which meant that they had various medical conditions besides syphilis. The Tuskegee scientists continued to study the participants without treating their illnesses and they also withheld much-needed information from the participants about penicillin, which proved to be effective in treating Syphilis and other venereal diseases. The test subjects were under the impression that they were receiving free health care from the U.S. government while they were deliberately being lied to by the same administrators who were conducting the tests. Washington is fully aware of its human experimentations with deadly diseases. The government of Guatemala also knew about the Syphilis experiments according to the Boston Globe:

A representative of the Guatemalan government said his nation will investigate, too — looking in part at the culpability of officials in that country. The records of the experiment suggest that Guatemalan government officials were fully aware of the tests, sanctioned them, and may have done so in exchange for stockpiles of penicillin.

However, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services published the study ‘Fact Sheet on the 1946-1948 U.S. Public Health Service Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) Inoculation Study’ and was forced to admit what happened in Guatemala during the syphilis experiments:

While conducting historical research on the Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis, Professor Susan Reverby of Wellesley College recently discovered the archived papers of the late Dr. John Cutler, a U.S. Public Health Service medical officer and a Tuskegee investigator. The papers described another unethical study supported by the U.S. government in which highly vulnerable populations in Guatemala were intentionally infected with sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). The study, conducted between 1946 and 1948, was done with the knowledge of Dr. Cutler’s superiors and was funded by a grant from the U.S. National Institutes of Health to the Pan American Sanitary Bureau (which became the Pan American Health Organization) to several Guatemalan government ministries. The study had never been published.

The U.S. government admitted to its wrongdoing, 62 years too late. What Dr. Broderick wrote is not conspiratorial in any sense. The U.S. government has been involved in bioterrorism; Guatemala is a case in point. Dr. Broderick summarized what average people can do to prevent governments, especially those from the West from creating and exposing populations from diseases they experiment with in laboratories:

The challenge is global, and we request assistance from everywhere, including China, Japan, Australia, India, Germany, Italy, and even kind-hearted people in the U.S., France, the U.K., Russia, Korea, Saudi Arabia, and anywhere else whose desire is to help. The situation is bleaker than we on the outside can imagine, and we must provide assistance however we can. To ensure a future that has less of this kind of drama, it is important that we now demand that our leaders and governments be honest, transparent, fair, and productively engaged. They must answer to the people. Please stand up to stop Ebola testing and the spread of this dastardly disease.

After Guatemala’s ordeal with the U.S. government who deliberately infected people with syphilis, West African nations should be extremely ceptical about the U.S. government’s actions combating Ebola. Professor Francis Boyle of the University of Illinois, College of Law questions the Obama administration’s actions in West Africa. RIA Novosti recently interviewed Boyle and he said the following:

US government agencies have a long history of carrying out allegedly defensive biological warfare research at labs in Liberia and Sierra Leone. This includes the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which is now the point agency for managing the Ebola spill-over into the US,” Prof. Francis Boyle said.

Why has the Obama administration dispatched troops to Liberia when they have no training to provide medical treatment to dying Africans? How did Zaire/Ebola get to West Africa from about 3,500km away from where it was first identified in 1976?”

That’s a good question for Washington, but would the public get any answers? Not anytime soon, since it took more than 62 years for the Guatemala syphilis experiments to be exposed to the public, not by the US government, by a medical historian.

As the modern Babylon pushes for the destruction of Damascus and the opening of Isaiah 13, those who push doctrine for the U.S Gov't think they are setting up for yet another international heist of oil but the brutal truth is they are setting up for the total destruction of the USA. 

Ebola is the vehicle for stampeding the masses in America into accepting martial law in preparation for WW III.  Although those in top governmental positions may realize it, the masses don't.  What is it they don't realize?  That America doesn't win this war. 

The alliances are already being drawn up and the outcome was put in writing some 2,600 years ago and we can read it in Jeremiah chapters 50-51.  It doesn't take a Phd in political science to understand this but it does take a love of truth as outlined in II Thessalonians 2. 

The foundation for today's political climate is built on a tissue of lies as we can see in the government accounts of events from the JFK murder to the MH 370 fable.  The Rolls-Royce Company can give us the location of that airplane at any time in its history and even give us the location of its final resting place to within a hundred yards, anywhere in the world.  So what is all the mystery?  It's all a show for the public. 

It's almost "game over" time for the U.S. and if you haven't seen this coming, it would seem you have some catch-up to do.  Yes, the self appointed "elite" have wielded the U.S. economy like a club in the preparation for the New World Order.   There will indeed be a New World Order but not the one these hybrids envision.  The wake-up call will come when the 6th seal of Revelation 6 is opened.  At that time it will become apparent that there is a force involved in the events transpiring that they had not figured into the equation. 

An earthquake felt worldwide is a shake we have no reference points for.  The tsunamis created by such a shake defy imagination.  The prophets of old have written of these things and the present world rulers ignore their writings at their own peril.  The "…time appointed" of Daniel 11:35 is coming at us like a cannonball and when it hits, it will be a bit late for philosophizing.  I could wax eloquent on what to expect, but I have already done that in these Commentaries and it would seem it has fallen mostly on deaf ears.

The Ebola Story Doesn’t Smell Right

The federal government has announced that thousands of additional US soldiers are being sent to Liberia. General Gary Volesky said the troops would “stamp out” ebola.

The official story is that combat troops are being sent to build treatment structures for those infected with ebola.

Why combat troops? Why not send a construction outfit such as an engineer battalion if it has to be military? Why not do what the government usually does and contract with a construction company to build the treatment units? “Additional thousands of troops” results in a very large inexperienced construction crew for 17 treatment units. It doesn’t make sense.

Stories that don’t make sense and that are not explained naturally arouse suspicions, such as: Are US soldiers being used to test ebola vaccines and cures, or more darkly are they being used to bring more ebola back to the US?

I understand why people ask these questions. The fact that they will receive no investigative answer will deepen suspicions.

Uninformed and gullible Americans will respond: “The US government would never use its own soldiers and its own citizens as guinea pigs.” Before making a fool of yourself, take a moment to recall the many experiments the US government has conducted on American soldiers and citizens. For example, search online for “unethical human experimentation in the United States” or “human radiation experiments,” and you will find that federal agencies such as the Department of Defense and Atomic Energy Commission have: exposed US soldiers and prisoners to high levels of radiation; irradiated the testicles of males and tested for birth defects (high rate resulted); irradiated the heads of children; fed radioactive material to mentally disabled children.

The Obama regime’s opposition to quarantine for those arriving from West Africa is also a mystery. The US Army has announced that the Army intends to quarantine every US soldier returning from deployment in Liberia. Apparently pressure from the White House and threats of law suits from those subject to quarantine have caused the two states to loosen their quarantines. A nurse returning from treating ebola patients in West Africa has been cleared by New Jersey for discharge after being symptom-free for 24 hours instead of the 21-days it takes for the disease to produce symptoms. The nurse threatened a lawsuit, and the false issue of “discrimination against health care workers” has arisen. How is it discrimination to quarantine those with the greatest exposure to ebola?

Once symptoms appear, an infected person is dangerous to others until the person is quarantined. As the CDC now has been forced to admit, after stupidly denying the obvious fact, the current ebola strain can spread by air. In other words, it can spread like flu. Previous denials of this fact helped to create the suspicion that the new ebola strain is a weaponized biowarfare strain created by US government labs in West Africa. Washington’s deviousness in evading the convention that the US government signed has produced another suspicion: Did the new ebola strain escape, perhaps via some lab mishap that infected lab workers, or was the strain deliberately released in order to test if it works? The only intelligent and responsible policy is to stop all commercial flights to and from ebola areas. Health worker volunteers should be transported by military aircraft and should be required to undergo the necessary quarantine before being transported back to the US.

Why does the White House oppose the only responsible and intelligent policy? Why is Congress silent on the issue?

The resistance to a sane policy fosters the suspicions that the government or some conspiracy group intends to use ebola to declare martial law and herd the population or undesirable parts of it, into the FEMA camps that Halliburton was paid to construct (without the public ever being told the reason for the camps).

It is certainly strange that a government involved in long-term wars in the Middle East, the purpose of which is unclear to the public, and in fomenting conflict with both Russia and China, two countries armed with nuclear weapons, would so recklessly create more suspicions among the public of its motives, intentions, and competence.

Democracy requires that the public trust the government. Yet Washington does everything possible to destroy this trust and to present a picture of dysfunctional government with hidden and undeclared agendas.

David B. Samadi, the Chairman of Urology, Chief of Robotic Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital and a FOX News contributor, was on with Sean Hannity to discuss the potential Ebola outbreak in the US.

Dr. Samadi told Sean that 230 doctors have died from the disease in Africa.

“You cannot possibly be perfectly fine Wednesday night and then Thursday morning you have a fever of 103. We know that this disease is a moving target. You have to respect this virus… But the truth is you have a health care professional, we have 230 of these doctors who have died over there. We still don’t know how they can possibly get it. We keep saying bodily fluid, I get it. But the CDC guidelines are constantly changing.”

And, Obama thinks a quarantine is a bad idea.

Unbelievable.

Doctors dying of Ebola --- isn't that strange?  Doctors are schooled first in self protection and secondarily the care of patients.  So how is it that doctors are dying of this man made plague?  Could it be because information on how to protect themselves from this plague is being withheld?  Could it be that the doctors that are dying are not in sync with the depopulation agenda? 

Before you put me into the drawer labeled "Conspiracy theorists", try first to exercise your option to think for yourself.  

For much more than a decade the UN/Vatican/One Worlders/Greens have been aggressively promoting an agenda of population reduction of planet earth.  Those hybrids who consider themselves "the elite", are presuming to do the thinking for the rest of the world. 

And this population reduction is not by mere fractions of percentages but rather by a whopping 90%!   And that is by any means available. 

This is where the manufacture of the Ebola virus comes into the picture.  This is not merely a stray virus that happens to be passing thru our solar system, this is a manufactured agent of biological warfare, in the same vein as nuclear weapons, designed for killing people.  Now you can pooh-pooh that but if you do, then you are out of touch with what is going on in the world. 

We are living in the time of the end and we need to wake up to that fact if we are to survive into the soon coming new age.  

The new age is not the world plantation envisioned by the "New Agers" with themselves as the plantation owners.  That bubble will be exploded in the next few weeks or months.  It appears there will be the 90% population reduction they are planning but only because it coincides with the Creator's plan.  The difference in the two plans is the identity of the 10% remnant.

The self appointed "elite" have chosen to ignore the writings of the prophets and worship at the throne of their god Lucifer whose name was changed to Satan.  He is still the god of this world as we can see in II Corinthians 4:4 but when the "…appointed time" of Daniel 11:35 arrives, he will be dethroned and replaced in his office of "… god of this world", and we can see the replacement ceremony in the book of Daniel, chapter 7, verses 13-14. 

We are very near that event as evidenced, not only by the writings of the prophets, but the actions of men under the tutorship of Satan whom they prefer to call Lucifer.  They are almost ready to pull the trigger on their plan for world dominion which they hope to result in the new age world plantation under their control.  It will not happen!

That trigger will be pulled when Damascus is turned into " a ruinous heap" as we see in Isaiah 17:1-4.  That will be also the trigger for WW III.  But it appears it will also be the trigger for the opening of the 6th seal of Revelation 6 (Apocalypse for our Catholic readers).

The 6th seal is an earthquake evidently felt worldwide and Jeremiah 51;42 suggest it will unleash a killer tsunami that will devastate the east coast of the U.S.  Then the foreign troops, already on American soil will dismantle the U.S. and you can get the gory details in Jeremiah chapters 50-51.  Hosea 5 says it will only take one month.

The "elite" will scurry for their hidey-holes (D.U.M.B.s) and will remain incarcerated in them until brought out for trial for crimes against humanity.  (See Isaiah 24:21-22). 

The destruction of Israel will occur at the same time as that of America but Israel will be reoccupied --- America will be a nuclear wilderness, uninhabited and uninhabitable.

Just prior to these events, there is to be an exodus of a few people from the new Babylon which is America.  This exodus is to be witnessed by all nations and you can get a preview of it in Isaiah 52:10-12.  Why would "…all nations" even be interested in witnessing this exodus?  What is is that gets the attention of all nations?  Why, it's military skirmishes.  Will Babylon lose a significant part of it's military trying to block or destroy this exodus?  We shall soon see. 

We live in the time when the last one of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse has been released from the chute and is running at a full gallop.  This is the pestilence that is being imported from Africa where it was created by American micro-biologists.  

But since the inception of this plague, we have seen another event in the line-up of end time happenings and that is the opening of the 5th seal of Revelation 6.  This is the second and final inquisition referred to in scripture as the martyrdom of the saints.  This is the ISIS atrocities being perpetrated in the mid-east and Africa that will soon be here in America.  That brings us right up to the door of the next major prophetic event which is the opening of the 6th seal.  That is when the tide turns on the New World Order hybrids and we see destruction on a scale unimaginable. 

The ten toes of King Nebuchadnezzar's dream image (Daniel 2) are now forming up and five will be Muslim and five Christian.  This is the final push of the "elite" to destroy both groups by pitting against each other.  They hope to have the armies of the world reduced to zero by the time the 90% population reduction is reached.  No doubt, they are planning to retain enough military (NATO remnant?) to maintain control. 

The military units of the ten toes (ten horns of Revelation 17) will be identified shortly in another article.

LITTLE THINGS

As we go through a day - what do we notice?

Lisa Beamer on Good Morning America - If you remember, she's the wife of Todd Beamer who said 'Let's Roll!' and helped take down the plane over Pennsylvania that was heading for Washington, DC back on 9/11. 

She said it's the little things that she misses most about Todd, such as hearing the garage door open as he came home, and her children running to meet him.

Lisa recalled this story:

"I had a very special teacher in high school many years ago whose husband died suddenly of a heart attack. About a week after his death, she shared some of her insight with a classroom of students. As the late afternoon sunlight came streaming in through the classroom windows and the class was nearly over, she moved a few things aside on the edge of her desk and sat down there.

With a gentle look of reflection on her face, she paused and said, 'Class is over, I would like to share with all of you, a thought that is unrelated to class, but which I feel is very important. Each of us is put here on earth to learn, share, love, appreciate and give of ourselves. None of us knows when this fantastic experience will end. It can be taken away at any moment.

Perhaps this is the power's way of telling us that we must make the most out of every single day. Her eyes, beginning to water, she went on, 'So I would like you all to make me a promise. From now on, on your way to school, or on your way home, find something beautiful to notice.

It doesn't have to be something you see, it could be a scent, perhaps of freshly baked bread wafting out of someone's house, or it could be the sound of the breeze slightly rustling the leaves in the trees, or the way the morning light catches one autumn leaf as it falls gently to the ground. Please look for these things, and cherish them. For, although it may sound trite to some, these things are the "stuff" of life. The little things we are put here on earth to enjoy. The things we often take for granted.

The class was completely quiet. We all picked up our books and filed out of the room silently. That afternoon, I noticed more things on my way home from school than I had that whole semester. Every once in a while, I think of that teacher and remember what an impression she made on all of us, and I try to appreciate all of those things that sometimes we all overlook.

Take notice of something special you see on your lunch hour today. Go barefoot. Or walk on the beach at sunset. Stop off on the way home tonight to get a double dip ice cream cone. For as we get older, it is not the things we did that we often regret, but the things we didn't do.
