Obama Torpedoes the Nuclear Navy

 

The president disregards a policy that for decades has ensured effective leadership of the nuclear fleet.

President Obama, possibly unaware of the implications, has made a mistake by nominating Adm. John Richardson as the new chief of naval operations. Adm. Richardson likely would do a fine job in that important role, but by trying to move him from his current position as director of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, the president has crossed a line and created a precedent that could have grave consequences for the effectiveness of the nation’s nuclear fleet.

 

First, a little history is in order. Adm. Hyman Rickover, the father of the U.S.Navy’s nuclear fleet and one of the fathers of commercial nuclear power, was a great man. Including his time at the Naval Academy, he served for 55 years on active duty and ran the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program for three decades until his retirement in 1982. He created and oversaw a culture of personnel and engineering excellence that is unique in the world.

 

While Adm. Rickover reported to the chief of naval operations and the secretary of the Navy, he had virtually absolute authority and accountability for the Navy’s nuclear submarine and surface-ship programs. Largely due to the culture of engineering excellence and quality control he created, nearly 300 U.S. Navy nuclear warships have operated flawlessly for 64 years without a single nuclear incident. They played a major role in giving the U.S. Navy command of the seas and victory in the Cold War. During the same period their Soviet counterparts had many nuclear accidents and incidents.

 

I was the secretary of the Navy in the early 1980s when it came time for Adm. Rickover to retire at age 81. The challenge was to preserve his fail-safe personnel policies and the culture of engineering excellence he had created, while ensuring that it could be passed on from one capable successor to another without endangering its discipline even for a short period.

 

Working with the bipartisan leadership of the Joint Committee on Atomic Energy, the Senate and House Armed Services Committees and the secretary of energy, we constructed a solution. We replaced Adm. Rickover’s personal rule with a position having executive power to prevent meddling from the layers of bureaucracy that were creating chaos in most defense programs. Importantly, we gave the new incumbent complete control of the selection and training of personnel. To ensure that such a powerful executive stayed long enough to execute programs and ensure accountability, a nonrenewable term of eight years was established.

 

That successful effort was put into an executive order by President Reagan that has worked effectively for 34 years. Since Adm. Rickover’s retirement there have been five outstanding admirals in the job. All would have made fine chiefs of Naval Operations. But because each of them before Adm. Richardson stayed a full eight years and exercised the powers granted them by the executive order, the Navy nuclear program has been an island of success in line authority and line accountability.

 

Unfunded overruns in other Pentagon programs total more than $400 billion, according to the Government Accountability Office. But the Navy’s nuclear submarine programs have been consistently on budget and on time. They have been protected from the 970,000 Pentagon bureaucrats whose paralyzing bloat has made a hash of most Army, Navy and Air Force weapon programs. The reason for Navy nuclear success is because there has always been one strong experienced person in charge and accountable, standing like a stone wall against the bureaucratic onslaught.

 

But by far the most important benefit from this unique arrangement is the fact that there hasn’t been a single nuclear accident in the seven decades that the U.S. Navy has operated hundreds of nuclear submarines, carriers and surface combatants.

 

President Obama’s nomination of a current director of the Navy’s nuclear program to be the next chief of Naval Operations puts this unique record at risk. If Adm. Richardson leaves the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, which he has headed for less than two years, all that was accomplished by the executive order will be swept aside. The job will become one more rung up the career ladder, a perch for ambitious admirals to use to interact with and please the politicians who have the power to elevate them to more glamorous positions.

 

Worst of all, if the job is seen as a steppingstone, a fraying of the zero-defects culture may begin and the possibility of a nuclear accident within the U.S. Navy may increase.  The consequences of a nuclear incident would be devastating and would threaten the Navy’s ability to continue to operate its current reactor designs.

 

The president should reconsider, and with the help of the Senate’s advice and consent, should choose another nominee. The Navy has 10 other superbly talented four-star admirals and many more vice-admirals of similar experience to choose from. If President Obama fails to recognize the singular importance of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program and goes forward with the Richardson nomination, historians will have no trouble placing the date and the blame if our nuclear Navy comes to grief.

 

Ramey comments:

 

So what is the crux of the problem?  It is simply this:  Mankind does not have the mental capacity to manage nuclear power and this has been evidenced by Three Mile Island,  Chernobyl, Fukushima and the looming WW III. 

 

We can counter with, "But this is because of politicians and not nuclear scientists".  And this, of course, is the point. 

 

If we, as a nation, as a world, had the capacity to think and the vision to view history as an instrument for correcting our course, rather than as facts to be hidden from the public, we wouldn't be facing the scene we are facing today of cosmocide. 

 

But we don't seem to have those qualities.  It seems that the most corrupt, the very dregs of society, float to the top as leaders much as dross floats to the top of a vat of steel. 

 

Mankind has deteriorated over the past two and a half millennia, from the head of gold of Nebuchadnezzar's day, (see Daniel 2), to the feet and toes of King Neb's dream image where we are today --- savages with nukes. 

 

It would seem that nuclear power has been revealed to mankind by Satan for the completion of his agenda which is complete and total destruction of planet earth.  The only reason it isn't going to happen is because a force more powerful than Satan is about to intervene in the affairs of mankind. 

 

In a world ruled by Satan and conditioned by his minions in politics, education, economics, and religion, this comes across as pure fantasy.

 

But, keep in mind, "It wasn't raining when Noah built the ark." 

 

 

CHRIST SAID, "A KINGDOM DIVIDED AGAINST ITSELF CANNOT STAND".  HOPEFULLY, WE HAVE LEARNED THROUGH THE PAGES OF THESE COMMENTARIES THAT THE MULSIM/CHRISTIAN WAR IS THE ROMAN EMPIRE DIVIDED AGAINST ITSELF.

 

The Pope has sided with the Muslim in an act of treason when he acknowledged the mythical "Palestinian State".  The whole world is running scared as they see the prophecies unfolding delineating the end of this age.  The leaders are more terrified than the masses because the masses haven't a clue as to what is going on.  The leaders know.  The Vatican has built some of the most sophisticated observatories in the world in the past several decades and they are seeing the things coming the prophets foretold.  It would seem that they also know they are a part of the kingdoms of Satan and therefore are terrified. 

 

Those tuned into the prophets have seen this coming for decades also and have been the recipients of some specialized knowledge.  What kind of knowledge?  Knowledge of the identity of the "End time Babylon" and the "Image of the Beast".  Knowledge of the unholy alliance between Judaism and Catholicism.  Knowledge of the falsification of scripture and knowledge of the final Roman Emperor.  These are but the tip of the iceberg of the knowledge that has been revealed to those attuned to the prophets.   The book of Daniel has been opened for several years and is key to many prophecies. These have been discussed in the pages of these Commentaries and now we are coming down to the crisis at the close of the age --- and the world (those with knowledge of what is happening), is terrified. 

 

We are standing on the threshold of the destruction of the modern Babylon as is depicted in Revelation 18 and Isaiah 13.  This is no minor event.   This is when the incoming Nibiru again destroys the most powerful and most corrupt power on earth to date. 

 

Are we ready for the times we are facing?  It appears to no longer be next decade or even next year --- but in this very year!  We have reached the time of the "crash and burn" of the world economy built on sand of deception.  We have reached the time when the colonialization of the Roman Empire is no longer acceptable to the rest of the world and they have the power to challenge it.  We have reached the time when the Elohim are about to intervene to prevent cosmocide.

 

We have reached the time noted by the prophets as the "time of the end".  This, of course, is not the end of the world, as religious superstition would have us believe, but rather the end of the present age. 

 

The Christian leg of Nebuchadnezzar's dream image (Daniel 2) is staking their eternal life on a "mythical rapture" which is not to be.  The atheistic world is staking their life on a new world order which is also not to be.  Can we begin to see that Satan truly has "...deceived the whole world"?

 

The Constitution is already history.  Soon America will be.  But the world will be rebuilt under different laws, statutes, precepts and judgments than those we have been forced to live under and the world will know peace in a kingdom that is forever. 

 

 

IS GOD'S HEARING IMPAIRED?  IF SO --- WHY?

 

We see bumper stickers all across America that say "God Bless America".  But do we ever see a "Please"?  Do we ever see a "Thank you" for the blessings we have?  Is this "God bless America" a humble request or is it a demand?  Are we really a nation "Under God" or are we under the curses delineated in Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 28? 

 

In the early part of the sixth century BC, the nation of Judah felt they were God's people and owing to the fact that they had the temple built by Solomon and the tablets on which were inscribed the laws of the Creator, He would never let them be conquered.  Was this concept in accordance with the agenda of the Creator? 

 

Jeremiah was ordained a prophet before he was born (see Jeremiah 1:5).  Let's look at what Jeremiah was told by the Creator in Jeremiah 7:16:  "Therefore pray not you for this people, neither lift up cry nor prayer for them, neither make intercession to me: for I will not hear you."

 

Again, in Jeremiah 11:14,  "Therefore, pray not you for this people, neither lift up a cry or paryer for them: for I will not hear them in the time that they cry unto me for their trouble."

 

Again in Jeremiah 14:11, "Then said the LORD unto me, 'Pray not for this people for their good." 

 

Why?  Because they had turned wholly to idolatry.  You can find it in the Lamentations of Jeremiah, in the book of Jeremiah and in Daniel 9.  And yet, even to this day, they present themselves to the world as "God's People".  Is something wrong with this picture?  Not only that, but they, in conjunction with the Romans, have falsified history to make it appear as if they are the Israel of old and nothing could be further from the truth. 

 

So were the people of Judah correct in their assumption that they were G_d's people and that no evil would befall them?  History has the answer.  They were only half correct.  Even though they were a part of Israel and therefore God's people, when they act like heathen, they are judged as heathen.  So are people today.

 

Now America, the image of the Roman beast, has fallen into the same brand of deception and even though worshippers of the pagan god Baal, as evidenced by the phalluses atop their houses of worship, they feel that because we are a Christian nation, God will not allow disaster to befall America.  This is error that will be revealed in the coming weeks. 

 

Those wearing religious blinders do not see what is coming and are still expecting a rapture to take them out of the time of Jacob's trouble which is now imminent.  Christians will be aghast when America falls in the greatest national disaster in all of recorded history.  And, yes, this will be the wrath of the Creator as we see in Revelation 6:17 and Isaiah 13:9, against a nation whose depth of corruption in unprecedented in the annals of human history.

 

So is God's hearing impaired and if so --- why?  Sound is attenuated (diminished) over distance.  Could it be that we have moved so far away from the Creator He can no longer hear us?

 

"God bless America" is "whistling in the dark".

 

 

THERE IS A GLUT OF INFORMATION AND DISINFORMATION ON THE WORLDWIDE WEB AND IT WOULD SEEM THAT "THE GOD OF THIS WORLD"  HAS ALL ANGLES COVERED IN THE DECEPTION OF THE "WHOLE WORLD".

 

Thanx to my star reporter, and a few other contacts, I get a broad array of world news on a daily basis.  I try to sift it all for a few choice nuggets worth passing on in light of what is happening in our world today.  I try to keep you, my readers, apprised of the times we are living in. 

 

Unlike the many alternative news sources peddling religion, I try to keep you apprised of the news that is illustrating the messages the prophets put their lives on the line to get to us today.  Some of those messages have even survived the onslaught of religion and gov't and are still available to us today. 

 

Just in case you haven't yet picked up on it --- I consider religion the biggest SCAM operating on earth today.  More and more of them are coming to the realization that we are in the last days of this age and yet they promote it as the "...end of the world".   They push the religion of Baal but adorned with a new name which is "Christianity".

 

Can we begin to see why the apostle John says of Satan in Rev 12:9 that he "...deceives the whole world"? 

 

Yes, we live in that world deceived.  "Columbus discovered America --- the fat man comes down the chimney --- rabbits lay colored eggs at a certain time of the year --- MH 370 just disappeared...".  Can we begin to comprehend the level of deception the earth is under with today's gov'ts and religions? 

 

Do gov''ts and religions amount to kingdoms?  Perhaps we should review Luke 4 to see who these belong to. 

 

The biggest religion the world has known has also come to control the world economy through the world bank.  Something that has been kept from the world is the true ownership of this money facility.  It is owned by the Vatican and yet the front for this world takeover is the Edomite Jewish family we call Rothschilds (formerly named Mier).  Not only has this religious giant come to own the world bank but have also begun to counterfeit money through their puppet government named America. 

 

But we are living in the end of this deception as the world awakens from their slumber and are uniting against this government identified as Babylon by the prophet Habakkuk. And it isn't only an "...assembly of great nations", but the Creator Himself that will be challenging this Satanic government.  We are about to see the biggest military reversal of all recorded history.  You have heard this before but it is getting closer by the day.  Our current oval office occupant gets to oversee the execution of this perfidy but his judgment will be swift and is outlined in Isaiah 14. 

 

Are we seeing these things or are we asleep?  One preacher on a national TV broadcast recently said that there would be the "Abomination of desolation" placed in the temple to be rebuilt by the Jews in Jerusalem, and that at that time the sacrifices in the temple would be ended and that the return of the Messiah would be 1290 days after that event.  Do you believe that?  Perhaps you should check out what he is saying.  Is that what the scripture says?  Is the temple really to be rebuilt before the return of the Messiah?  Check Zechariah 6.  I know this is the teaching of Christianity but perhaps we should take a look at Jeremiah 16;19 which says, "...our fathers have inherited lies".

 

We need to understand that the greatest deception of all time is now being formulated by those who rule through religion.  It is to culminate in the "Antichrist deception" and destruction?. 

 

The antichrist is going to be pictured as the Messiah coming in blazing light attended by artist's concepts of angels, and will continue to deceive "...the whole world". 

 

We should remember the words of the prophet Amos where he said in Amos 5:18-20, twice, that the Day of the LORD would be a day of darkness and not light.  Isaiah 13 also depicts the Day of the LORD as a day of darkness.  Have we been seduced by the overtures of religion?  Religion consists of the lies of Satan --- and some of it is even true.  Have we the vision to sort it? 

 

The world is rapidly descending into the days the prophets spoke of as the "...time of the end".  These are times of trouble such as "...was not since time of the first nation and never shall be again".   These are not times to look forward to but rather times of "darkness" as the prophet Amos said.  If "zetatalk" is to be believed, it is a time of earthly geographical renovation such has never before been seen on planet earth --- not even at the time of the flood of Noah's day.  Isaiah 13 appears to corroborate this. 

 

 We need to understand there are no simple, painless solutions to the problems of today's world.  Idolatry brings destruction on a scale unimaginable.  This is where we are today.  May the Creator give you the vision to understand and the protection to preserve you through it.
