'Obama Administration: A UN Resolution That Would Divide Israel And Jerusalem Is Back In Play

According to the Wall Street Journal, the White House is considering drastic measures to reboot the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.  Among those measures is a UN Security Council resolution that would set the parameters for a two state solution and that would recognize East Jerusalem as the official capital of a Palestinian state.  If Barack Obama makes this move, it will almost certainly be before the election in November.  I had previously reported that France was ready to introduce a similar UN Security Council resolution back in September, but at that time the French backed off because they did not have full support from the Obama administration.  But now that Obama is approaching the end of his term, he suddenly seems more willing to make a bold move.

Remember, this is not just some Internet rumor.  This comes directly from an article that was just published in the Wall Street Journal that claims to have top White House officials as the source of this information.  According to those anonymous officials, the Obama administration is now ready to potentially move forward with the kind of UN Security Council resolution that I mentioned above…

The strongest element on the list of options under consideration would be U.S. support for a Security Council resolution calling on both sides to compromise on key issues, something Israel had opposed and Washington has repeatedly vetoed in the past.

The article goes on to say that the parameters of an agreement for a two state solution would be based on the 1949 armistice line but would allow for land swaps so that many Jewish settlements that have been built since 1967 would not be swallowed up by the new Palestinian state.

The Palestinians would be required to recognize Israel as a Jewish state, and East Jerusalem would receive full UN Security Council recognition as the capital of a new Palestinian state.  This is something that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has promised that he would never agree to.

But Barack Obama appears to be completely fed up with Netanyahu at this point, and that is why the White House is now strongly considering moving forward with a UN Security Council resolution.  Needless to say, this would represent a dramatic change in policy from previous administrations.  Here is more from the Wall Street Journal…

Mounting a push for a Security Council resolution would be a significant shift in U.S. policy and one the Israeli government has feared could marshal international sentiment in a way that could make it harder to resist making concessions. Such a move could further strain already tense relations between Messrs. Obama and Netanyahu, who have clashed over U.S. diplomacy with Iran and the administration’s past attempts to forge a Middle East peace agreement.

Last year, the White House threatened to allow action at the U.N. to proceed without objection from the U.S. after Mr. Netanyahu said during his re-election campaign that he wouldn’t support a two-state solution. The Israeli leader subsequently walked back his statement, and the White House didn’t follow through with its threat.

Right now, 136 nations already formally recognize a Palestinian state.  But a Palestinian state has never had full UN Security Council recognition because the United States has always blocked efforts in that direction.

Many people don’t realize this, but if Obama throws his support behind such a resolution, it would be considered binding upon both the Israelis and the Palestinians.  The following comes from Israel National News…

A Security Council resolution would be binding upon all parties, unlike General Assembly measures which are non-obligatory recommendations. Such a resolution would remain in force even after the president leaves office next January, effectively shaping the future of American policy in the region for Mr. Obama’s successors.

The resolution would require Israel cease construction over the Green Line and would force Israel to recognize eastern Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine.

Needless to say, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu would be absolutely furious if the Obama administration pushes forward with a UN Security Council resolution that would attempt to dictate a solution to the Israelis and the Palestinians.

Perhaps this explains why Netanyahu just cancelled a meeting with Barack Obama at the White House later this month…

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has declined an offer to meet President Barack Obama at the White House later this month and canceled his trip to Washington, the White House said on Monday, citing Israeli news reports.

Netanyahu’s decision to nix his U.S. visit marked the latest episode in a fraught relationship with Obama that has yet to recover from their deep differences over last year’s U.S.-led international nuclear deal with Iran, Israel’s arch-foe.

Of course there are lots of reasons why Netanyahu would potentially be upset with Obama.  In addition to the ridiculously bad Iran deal, we should also remember that Obama tried to help defeat Netanyahu during the last Israeli election, and the Wall Street Journal has reported that the Obama administration has been actively spying on Netanyahu and other Israeli leaders.

Barack Obama has stabbed Israel in the back over and over again, and so it would be absolutely no surprise if he decided to push for a UN Security Council resolution that would permanently divide the land of Israel and the city of Jerusalem.

Unfortunately, such a move would have very serious implications for all of us.  By dividing the land of Israel and the city of Jerusalem, Obama would be cursing our nation, and that is not something that any of us should want.

If Obama is going to do this, it will almost certainly happen before the election in November.

That means that we are looking at roughly an eight month time period.

Personally, because of how the UN schedule works, I would say that the most likely time for such a resolution to be introduced would be in September or October.  But it is definitely possible that it could come sooner than that.

For a long time, Barack Obama has expressed a desire to see the establishment of a Palestinian state before he leaves office.  Netanyahu has always been his nemesis in this regard, but now Obama seems determined to try to make something happen at the United Nations while he still has the power to do so.

Let us pray that he is not successful.

Are we looking here at a back-up plan for starting WW III just in case the plan for this spring fails? 

There are signs that the dust of WW III will all be settled long before November of 2016 --- but the ruling cabal always insists on back-up plans. 

Obviously the author of the above article thinks present day Israel is either the remnant of ancient Israel or Judah --- neither of which is the case.  Present day "Israel" is to be destroyed and it seems none of this world's religions are aware of that.

Russian “Doomsday” Missile Ordered Activated Ahead Of US-EU Terror Strike

A sobering new report circulating in the Kremlin today prepared by the Minister of Defense (MoD) says that President Putin has ordered an immediate deployment to “combat status” of “all currently operational” RS-26 intercontinental ballistic missile systems ahead of what is described to be a “terror spectacular” Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/Daesh) attack upon the European Union and/or United States.

The RS-26, this report explains, is categorized as a “doomsday weapon” packing a frightening 1,2 megatons into its four 300 kiloton warheads, is able to hit targets throughout the US with its 11,000 kilometer (6,835 mile) range, the US missile defense system is “absolutely useless” against it, and whose booster stage is down to under five minutes that means NATO radars in Europe will have no time to register the launch, thus making the Federation “100% safe” unlike any other nation in the world.

President Putin’s order to deploy this fearsome “doomsday weapon”, this report continues, is due to the “erratic/puzzlingly” Obama regime response to secret Islamic State documents turned over last week to both the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) and American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) by Germany’s Federal Intelligence Service (BND).

These secret Islamic State documents, this report details, were seized by the BND in Berlin on 3 March after the arrest of [изгладить его имя] who is the 33-year-old physician son of an Arab father and German mother—and which were found after BND officers searched his four properties in Berlin and Mannheim, his home city.

Particularly alarming about these secret Islamic State documents seized by the BND, this report notes, were the detailed plans, including personal names and the “experience of jihad” of these terrorists, describing a number of mass terror attacks to be launched simultaneously in the style of those that struck New York City and Washington D.C. on 11 September 2001.

Upon the CIA’s receipt of these secret Islamic State documents from the BND, this report continues, they immediately shared them with Britain’s Secret Intelligence Service (SIS/MI6) who, in turn, prepared a synopsis of them for London’s Metropolitan Police whose spokesman, and Britain's most senior anti-terrorism officer, Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley, immediately issued a warning that Islamic State fighters want to carry out “enormous and spectacular” attacks against Britain and the Western lifestyle in general.

The Obama regimes response to this “dire and looming” Islamic State “terror spectacular” threat to America and its people though, unlike Britain’s, this report says, was “completely astounding”, because, instead of preparing their citizens for what is to come, they announced they were sending to Europe more tanks and helicopters to “counter Russia” and were further preparing to sends thousands of troops against Russian borders too.  

With the Obama regime losing, or arguably has lost, the protracted proxy war with Russia over Syria, this report concludes, its actions in regards to this Islamic State “terror spectacular” warning is not only puzzling, but actually “borders on the insane” for which there are currently no answers to explain.

NSA Chief Warns Black Energy Attack On U.S. Power Grid A 'Matter Of When, Not If' - Lights Out Scenario Not A Myth But A Coming Reality

On March 1, 2016, Admiral Michael S. Rogers, U.S. Navy, Commander, U.S. Cyber Command, Director, National Security Agency/Chief, Central Security Service, was a keynote speaker, one of many the Obama administration rolled out  at the 2016 RSA Conference, in order to push for more cooperation by the tech industry with government agencies, but Rogers' warnings and predictions should be enough to convince even the most skeptical among us that a "lights out" scenario as well as a massive cyber attack on financial institutions, is not a "conspiracy"  or "doom and gloom," but is an eventuality.

The warnings and predictions Rogers makes comes from having access to the most detailed information available,  and he states clearly that it is "only a matter of the when, not the if, you are going to see a nation state, a group or actor engage in destructive behavior against critical infrastructure in the United States."

Rogers continues on to reference the December 23, 2015 event in Ukraine where an actor pentrated the Ukraine power grid and took large segments of it offline.

According to Ars Technica this first-ever hacker caused power outage, using highly destructive malware dubbed "Black Energy"  signals a "troubling escalation" in cyber attack capabilities. Reports indicate that hundreds of thousands were left without power from that attack.

"It's a milestone because we've definitely seen targeted destructive events against energy before—oil firms, for instance—but never the event which causes the blackout," John Hultquist, head of iSIGHT's cyber espionage intelligence practice, told Ars. "It's the major scenario we've all been concerned about for so long."

According to ESET, the Ukrainian power authorities were infected using booby-trapped macro functions embedded in Microsoft Office documents. If true, it's distressing that industrial control systems used to supply power to millions of people could be infected using such a simple social-engineering ploy. It's also concerning that malware is now being used to create power failures that can have life-and-death consequences for large numbers of people.

 Rogers continues on to the strategies the cyber attackers used, where the goal was not just to knock out the power grid but to watch the response and to learn how to slow down that response to restore power.

He then states "Seven weeks ago it was the Ukraine. That isn’t the last we are going to see of this. That worries me."

The eventual attacks against the U.S. power grid is not Rogers only concern as he then speaks about "data theft" and the potential to cripple the nation's financial institutions as he asks "what happens when that same activity is used to manipulate data or manipulate software or products and suddenly we can no longer trust the data we are visually seeing?"

"What are we going to do as a society when you go to your bank account, and the numbers don’t match what you think is reality?", Rogers asks. "What do you do if you are a business and the  financial transactions you have created, that you're seeing don’t reflect what you believe reality is?"

The third and final area that concerns Rogers is "to date, most non-state actors have viewed cyber as a tool to recruit, to spread ideology, to generate revenue, to coordinate widely dispersed individuals. What happens when some of those same actors use cyber as a tool for destruction?"

Because we at ANP believe that knowledge is key, and preparation for the type of event that Admiral Rogers tells us is coming, is critical to surviving not just a lights out scenario but any type of "event" where food will be scarce, grocery store shelves empty and basic necessities unavailable, below the video is another set of links to sites that offer tips on prepping.

It would seem that our matchless advances in technology are now being used to destroy us.  It would also seem that self rule based on moral fiber is a prerequisite for technical knowledge.  This lesson should have been learned from Fukushima.

IN THE PAGES OF THESE COMMENTARIES, i SHOWED YOU WHEN WE PASSED THE PROPHETIC ROAD SIGN OF DANIEL 11:42-43 --- THAT WAS IN FEBRUARY OF 2011.  NOW WE ARE PASSING ANOTHER PROPHETIC ROAD SIGN AND THIS ONE IS JEREMIAH 51:46.  WE NEED TO SIT UP AND TAKE NOTICE.

This world is in dire straits.  When you look at international corruption, idolatry, the approach of Nibiru, the impending dollar collapse and the saber rattling between America and Russ/Iran/China --- we should be able to see that we are on the verge of something big. 

It has been five years since the fulfillment of Daniel 11:42-43 and yet verse 44 has not happened.  I do not expect to see this kind of time lapse following Jeremiah 51:46 before the following verses play out. 

Jeremiah 51:46 is about "... violence in the land and ruler against ruler:"  Are we seeing this today?  Seems we can't turn on the news without seeing an account of another government sponsored shooting.  China is getting impatient --- guns must be gathered up. 

It is my understanding that Chinese are already being seen on the Bundy Ranch. 

I have also shown you in the pages of these Commentaries that the Chinese are not going to occupy America --- nor is anyone else!  It is going to be a nuclear wasteland --- and essentially already is.  But when our power grid goes down, we have the potential for over 100 Fukushimas.  So even if we don't become the recipient of Russian nukes, we will still be a nuclear wasteland.  This isn't doomsdaying --- this is reality!

We have burned our bridges with Russia, China, Iran, South America and the entire world.  We have been set up for destruction and the entire scenario was laid out millennia ago by the prophets.  We had best be paying attention. 

Some of the religions of this world have their own private interpretations for the prophecies.  Some say these were for ancient Israel.  Some say, "That's Old Testament and not for us today".  But what do those prophets say?  Are we capable of doing our own thinking and of understanding what they say?

Things are now beginning to happen faster than what we can keep pace with.  The antichrist myth is ramping up as Nibiru moves in closer.  Russia has now put their most potent nukes on combat readiness.  China has put combat aircraft and probably nukes on their recently constructed islands in the South China Sea and now we are sending a flotilla of Navy ships in there to try to impress them with our military.  Iran has already backed down the aircraft carrier Harry S Truman and the world stands in admiration of what Russia has done in Syria.  How are we going to answer these things?  Can we just ignore them and save face with the world?   Will we unleash NATO on them?  Yes we will --- and that will be the end of the USA and Israel.  It will be a short war and the biggest military reversal in all of recorded history.  And it's on our doorstep.
