Dozens Of Large Earthquakes Strike As Speculation Mounts That Japan’s Southern Island May Split

Over the past 48 hours, our planet has been hit by literally dozens of earthquakes of magnitude 4.0 or greater, and scientists are acknowledging that what is taking place is highly unusual.  This strange shaking began toward the end of last week when the globe was struck by five major earthquakes over the space of just two days, and over the weekend the seismic activity just continued to escalate.  Very early on Saturday, Japan’s southern island of Kyushu was hit by a magnitude 7.3 earthquake, and on Saturday night a magnitude 7.8 earthquake struck off Ecuador’s Pacific coast.  It was the worst earthquake that Ecuador had experienced since 1979, and it was followed by at least 163 aftershocks.  Unfortunately, there are indications that what we have seen so far may be just the beginning.

Because the Ecuador earthquake was bigger, it is getting most of the headlines at the moment, but the truth is that what is going on in Japan is potentially far more dangerous.

Over the past week, Japan’s southern Island of Kyushu has been rocked by a series of devastating quakes, including two major ones in less than 48 hours.  The following comes from the Guardian…

A second major earthquake in less than two days has shaken Japan’s southern island of Kyushu, with at least 34 people thought to have been killed, about 1,500 injured and more feared buried after building collapses and landslides.

The 7.3 magnitude earthquake struck at about 1.30am on Saturday, waking people across the island – including the thousands already in crisis centres. It caused widespread damage, with several landslides and a village evacuated over fears a dam might burst.

The mainstream media in the United States is using the term “landslides” to describe what has happened all over Kyushu, but the truth is that in many instances it would be far more accurate to say that “giant cracks” or “vast chasms” have formed.  The geography of Japan’s southern island has been fundamentally transformed, and this is beginning to cause huge concerns.  Here is more from the Guardian…

One major landslide tore open a mountainside in Minamiaso village in Kumamoto prefecture, destroying a key bridge that could cut off food and other relief transport to the worst-hit area.

Another landslide hit a road, collapsing a house that fell down a ravine. In another part of the village, houses were left hanging precariously at the edge of a huge hole.

The dozens of earthquakes that have hit Japan’s southern island over the past week appear to form something of a straight line that divides the island in two.  Many are now speculating that geological forces are beginning to tear Kyushu in half, and if that is true, the earthquake activity that we have seen in Japan so far is probably just the tip of the iceberg.

We could potentially be talking about an event that could ultimately have far more of an impact on Japan than the tsunami of 2011.  By the time it is all said and done, entire cities could be wiped off the map and millions upon millions of Japanese citizens could be displaced.

Already, the seismic activity that has rocked Kyushu is having quite an impact on the Japanese economy…

Earlier today Toyota was one of many Japanese companies to announce that it will suspend most car production across Japan as a result of critical supply chain disruptions caused by the recent destructive earthquake and numerous aftershocks. All of the major assembly lines will be shut down across its four directly-run plants, and Toyota will be halting production in stages at other group companies as well.

According to the Nikkei Asian Review, most of the Toyota group in Japan will be effectively shut down through at least the end of this upcoming week, with a production loss of as many as 50,000 vehicles, including brands such as Prius, Lexus, and Land Cruiser.

Our planet resembles something of a giant cracked egg, and the enormous tectonic plates that we are all living on are constantly in motion.  So if Japan’s southern island is in the process of slowly splitting in half, that shouldn’t exactly be a surprise.  After all, scientists assure us that Los Angeles and San Francisco will be directly next to one another someday.

And it isn’t just Japan that we need to be concerned about.  All along the “Ring of Fire”, seismic activity is increasing, and this has many of the experts completely puzzled.  The following comes from an excellent piece by Alvin Conway…

This has continued to baffle many of the world’s leading geologists, who still attest the rise in the number of large earthquakes is merely a random natural occurrence. For instance, the number of large earthquakes doubled in 2014. However, here’s what scientists had to say about it: “If you think there have been more earthquakes than usual this year, you’re right. A new study finds there were more than twice as many big earthquakes in the first quarter of 2014 as compared with the average since 1979.

“We have recently experienced a period that has had one of the highest rates of great earthquakes ever recorded,” said lead study author Tom Parsons, a research geophysicist with the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in Menlo Park, California.

If you are familiar with my work, then you already know that I believe that we have entered a period of time during which we will see seismic activity on a scale that none of us have ever experienced before.

This great shaking will combine with other factors such as financial collapse, geopolitical instability and civil unrest to produce what many have described as a “perfect storm”.  Life as we know it is in the process of fundamentally changing, and right now we are only in the very early chapters of this change.

Unfortunately, most people are ignoring the warnings and will continue to ignore them until it is far too late.

I suppose I could go along with the experts and accept their hypothesis that Kyushu is about to be torn in half --- but my readers know that would be a mere firecracker compared to what I believe is about to happen. 

We are not living in normal times --- we are living in prophetic times!  I have shown previously that the book of Daniel was sealed ata the time of writing and was to be unsealed at the time of the end of the age.  (See chapter 12).  The unsealing occurred in 2011 with the fulfillment of chapter 11, verses 42-43.  I have also shown that the four horsemen of the Apocalypse are already out of their chutes and running at a full gallop.  These are the first four of seven seals (Rev 6) to be opened across a considerable span of time.  The fifth of these seals was opened with the advent of ISIS and their murderous campaign.  This means we are on the threshold of seal # 6 which is an earthquake of incredible magnitude that introduces the destruction of America known prophetically as the "Day of the LORD".  (See Rev 6:12-17 and Isaish 13). 

I dare say your church will not tell you these things and neither will they be there for you when this event happens.  If you have eyes to see and ears to hear and can read, comprehend and think for yourself, then you can see in II Thessalonians 2:10, the only thing that will save you from the wrath that will be vented against America that day.

The sixth seal effectively ends the events of the seven seals because # 7 introduces a series of 7 trumpets which amount to plagues upon the earth in the final days of this age.  When the first angel sounded, (Rev 8), there was hail and fire mingled with blood that fell upon the earth.  The second trumpet is the one I feel deals with Japan.  This is covered in Rev 8:8 and I believe this "...great mountain" to be cast into the sea is Japan.  The nuclear fire of Fukushima has already been mingled with the volcanic fire beneath that island.  When Krakatoa blew many years ago, it was estimated that 3-4 cubic miles of earth were launched into the atmosphere.  If my understanding is correct, then that also is going to amount to a firecracker compared to the launching of Japan into the Pacific Ocean. 

It would seem that the exodus from Babylon will take place days, if not weeks, before the sixth seal is opened.  The nations of the world are to witness this exodus and when the sixth seal is opened, it will eclipse all other world news. 

We are facing unprecedented times.  The prophet Isaiah said earth is to be "... moved out of it's place". This is talking about incredible seismic activity much worse than what we are seeing today --- and what we are seeing today is unnerving.  . 

As our earth heats up seismically and major earthquakes proceed along the ring of fire, it would seem that America is also in the bullseye, however, our only recent warning has come from Russia.  It would seem our own gov't is not concerned enough about American lives to issue a warning.  The fact is, those warnings were issued years ago before the governmental clampdown on information relevant to survival.  I saw maps some 30 years ago of America after the seismic activity, now imminent, and they were pretty sobering.  These maps were of National Geographic quality and showed the Mississippi River as and inland sea some 20 miles across in places.  Most of Southern Calif was gone and parts of Nevada and Arizona.   Large sections of some Gulf Coast states were also gone. 

What I'm trying to illustrate is that our gov't has known for many years that this was coming.  When it became undeniable to them, they began the construction of the underground bunkers called D.U.M.B.s.  That was shortly after the "Roswell incident" of 1947. 

One has to wonder how well these underground bunkers will stand up to the 8 and 9 magnitude earthquakes we now see in the forecasts --- and especially when we see those of much less magnitude ripping apart the island nation of Japan. 

This world is rapidly approaching a date with destiny known in prophecy as "...the appointed time".  I have serious doubts that stockpiling food, guns and ammo is the way to prepare for that event.  It appears that a liberal supply of the "...love of truth..." would be more apropos.

The story that Steve Quayle linked to yesterday from Michael Snyder at the Economic Collapse Blog tells us that, according to 'stunned' experts, Japan's southern island may be splitting in half as is also shared in the first video below featuring Gary Franchi of the Next News Network.

Providing us with a very real example of a 'life or death survival story' unfolding before our very eyes, we quickly learn that those in Japan who were not prepared were out of luck as supermarket shelves were quickly completely empty while the Extinction Protocol told us about 'nights of terror' as some slept in cars as parts of the southern Island of Japan began to crumble.

With scientists now acknowledging that what is taking place in Japan is 'highly unusual', despite the fact that the quake on Ecuador's Pacific Coast was larger than the series of quakes in Japan and is getting much more attention, the Japan quakes are much more dangerous and continued warnings that what we're witnessing now is 'only the beginning'.

Should any of us really be surprised by all of this? We have been long warned. 

We're told that geologists, reporters and others in Japan are 'mystified' by what is now happening and deeply concerned as this 'unusual quake cluster' has quite literally ripped this nation apart as seen in the images within this story and heard in the 2nd video below. If this IS 'just the beginning', then clearly there are many more difficulties ahead for this island nation and the rest of the world.

As ANP recently reported, with deadly earthquakes all across the 'Ring of Fire' in recent days and experts warning of a series of 'Biblical quakes' measuring over 8.0 on the horizon, we see that something huge is happening worldwide as shared in this story from Susan Duclos with 'Earth birth pangs' going on now only a small taste of what's to come. 

The final two videos below offer us drone footage of several different areas throughout Japan that show us the widespread damage that has been caused by the series of quakes that still cannot be completely explained by geologists. In them we can actually see the fault lines that have ruptured causing all of this damage as the island nation is quite literally ripped apart.

If this is only the beginning and warnings from top geologists of a series of 4 or more magnitude 8.0 earthquakes on the horizon are correct, we see that the warnings long given by those urging us to prepare for whatever possibility might lay ahead for us are once again quite valid. In the excerpt below from the Extinction Protocol story, we see exactly why those who are unprepared suffer dearly in horrifying situations such as this. Could have being prepared helped?

Heavy rain started falling Saturday night, threatening to complicate the relief operation and set off more mudslides. “Daytime today is the big test” for rescue efforts, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said early Saturday. Landslides had already cut off roads and destroyed bridges, slowing down rescuers. Nearly 200,000 homes were without electricity, Japanese media reported, and an estimated 400,000 households were without running water. Kumamoto prefectural official Riho Tajima said that more than 200 houses and other buildings had been either destroyed or damaged, and that 91,000 people had evacuated from their homes.

Hundreds of people lined up for rations at distribution points before nightfall, bracing for the rain and strong winds that were expected. Local stores quickly ran out of stock and shuttered their doors, and people said they were worried about running out of food. Police in Kumamoto prefecture said that at least 32 people had died from Saturday morning’s earthquake. Nine died in the quake on Thursday night. More than half the deaths were in Mashiki, a town on the eastern border of Kumamoto city that was hit hardest by the first quake.

As devastating as this series of quakes has been, seismologists are saying this is only the opening shots.  The maps I saw some 30 years ago would certainly seem to confirm this.  And if our gov't knew this 30 years ago --- what else do they know that they aren't sharing with us? 

So is this peddling fear or is it embracing reality?  Some prefer to hear "...smooth things" and let the bad news take them by surprise.  I prefer the bad news up front.
