US Invasion Of Russia Prompts Earthquake Retaliation In Idaho, Yellowstone Supervolcano Warned Is Next

In what we’d put under the category filing of “that didn’t take long”, when in our 1 September article (Putin’s “Weather Weapon” Endgame Begins: America Warned Will Be “Brought To Its Knees”) we noted that it appeared geophysical weapons use “could very well be in next weeks headlines too”, a new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today all but confirms that Russia has just retaliated against the United States for its invasion of sovereign Federation territory by using its feared earthquake weapon—and whose terrifying power of was, in 2011, chillingly described by Vice Chairman of the State Duma Vladimir Zhirinovsky—and who warned that it is a “calm and quiet weapon” that could “destroy any part of the planet in 15 minutes”, “put to sleep forever whole continents”—and who, also, specifically warned the US: “If you want even the smallest island from us, you will have to dig in the wreckage and debris of your buildings, and 120 million of you will die.”  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

Specifically in this MoD report causing us the greatest alarm is it stating that a 237 kilometer (147 miles) “military exclusion zone” has was established in the past 48 hours around the Vasilsursk work settlement—located in the Vorotynsky District of the Nizhny Novgorod Oblast—and whose protection of by 7 batteries of Russia’s S-500 “super weapon” make this area one of the most protected places on the face of our entire planet.

To why Vasilsursk is now being so protected can only be explained by its being the home of the gigantic testing facility under the control of the Radiophysical Research Institute—which is known as the SURA Ionospheric Heating Facility—and is said to be “the Russian HAARP which could destroy USA in one fell swoop”.

Important to note about SURA is that, in 2010, Russian doctor-scientists reported plasma-density disturbances created during their heating of the ionospheric F2 region by high-power HF radio waves—with Western scientists, in 2015, reporting that disturbances in the total electron content (TEC) of the ionosphere appeared to be short-term precursors to earthquakes in some regions—and that, also, in 2015 and 2016, was confirmed by the Ionosphere Precursor Study Group.

In ones most basic understanding of what SURA actually is, and using information complied by the Americans about their similar HAARP ionosphere heating facility in Alaska, our Earth’s uppermost atmosphere can be targeted by powerful, and guided, electrical beams able to cause earthquakes—and that, in 2010, the late Venezuelan President, Hugo Chavez, accused the United States of using against the Caribbean island nation of Haiti. 

Within a few hours of the MoD designating their “military exclusion zone” around the massive SURA ionosphere heating facility, we find it as no coincidence that the United States secretive nuclear weapon producing Idaho National Laboratory (INL)—located in south eastern Idaho—was struck by a series of earthquakes—and that occurred immediately after the American “invasion” of Russian territory.

 

The invasion of Russia by the United States occurred yesterday when, without precedence, President Trump sent his FBI forces into the Federations Consulate in San Francisco—in total disregard of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, that in Article 22 implicitly states:

1. The premises of the mission shall be inviolable. The agents of the receiving State may not enter them, except with the consent of the head of the mission.

2. The receiving State is under a special duty to take all appropriate steps to protect the premises of the mission against any intrusion or damage and to prevent any disturbance of the peace of the mission or impairment of its dignity.

3. The premises of the mission, their furnishings and other property thereon and the means of transport of the mission shall be immune from search, requisition, attachment or execution.

With the Russian diplomatic mission in San Francisco having been in existence since 1852, with its current location being sovereign Federation territory since 1972, the United States’ gross violation of their “receiving State” duties to protect this diplomatic building and its diplomats is, in fact, an “act of war”—and the Foreign Ministry calling it for what it is, “a blunt act of hostility” and “an occupation”.

This MoD report concludes by its listing its “order of battle” for the protection of the SURA Ionospheric Heating Facility in Vasilsursk—a clear and grave signal that the “earthquake attack” against the Idaho National Laboratory was just a “warning shot”—with Russia’s real intended target being the nearby Yellowstone Supervolcano, and that is quickly destabilizing due its largest earthquake swarm in history that’s seen it pummeled by over 2,300 quakes so far this year—and that gives a horrifying new meaning to Vice Chairman of the State Duma Zhirinovsky’s 2011 words of warning to America:

“If you want even the smallest island from us, you will have to dig in the wreckage and debris of your buildings, and 120 million of you will die.”

Most Terrifying Russian Words Ever Spoken Come True Today: “Система Периметр”

In what truly is the most terrifying Ministry of Defense (MoD) report we’ve ever read, circulating in the Kremlin today is one stating that President Putin has just issued an order to disperse across the entire Federation eleven thermonuclear armed intercontinental ballistic missile regiments (Topol, Topol-M and Yars), and whose activation document designates their deployment as “Система Периметр” defense—or as most commonly translated in the West, “Perimeter System”—“Dead Hand”. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

A most basic understanding of Russia’s “Perimeter System” nuclear defense written by American military experts describe it as: “It’s a fully automatic system; it can’t be overruled or disabled.  It only activates once it’s sure everyone in power (those are the key words – everyone in power) is dead.  The whole point of such a system is to make the whole business of having a nuclear war at all seem futile.”

Colonel-General Leonid Ivashov of the International Academy of Geopolitical Problems further detailed the history of this feared nuclear defense system by his stating: “When the American threat loomed over the USSR, we created the Perimeter System.  This is a system of a duplicated command post, which would directly send missiles to the launch team for a given program, even in the event of the death of the country's top leadership.” [English translation]

The legal authority used by President Putin in authorizing the “Perimeter System” nuclear defense, this report explains, are based on the powers delegated to him under Section One of The Constitution Of The Russian Federation—specifically Chapter 4-Article 80 that states: “The President shall be the guarantor of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, and of human and civil rights and freedoms. In accordance with the procedure established by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, he shall take measures to protect the sovereignty of the Russian Federation, its independence and state integrity, and ensure concerted functioning and interaction of all bodies of state power.”—and—Chapter 4-Article 87 that states: “The President of the Russian Federation shall be the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.”

Though Russia’s full nuclear weapons use policy remains highly classified, this MoD report does mention that President Putin’s authorizing the “Perimeter System” nuclear defense has “met and exceeded the expected criteria” for establishing that the Federation “now exists under grave threat”—and as evidenced by an American document titled “NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017”—that shortly before President Trump’s election, the US Congress ordered to be updated with information about Russian and Chinese leadership to include “the location and description of above-ground and underground facilities important to the political and military leadership survivability, command and control, and continuity of government programs and activities of each respective country.”

This report further notes that the United States has, in fact, just committed an “act of war” against the Federation when it illegally invaded, searched and occupied the sovereign territory of Russia’s diplomatically immune Consulate in San Francisco in a gross violation of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations—that in Article 22 states:

1. The premises of the mission shall be inviolable. The agents of the receiving State may not enter them, except with the consent of the head of the mission. 

2. The receiving State is under a special duty to take all appropriate steps to protect the premises of the mission against any intrusion or damage and to prevent any disturbance of the peace of the mission or impairment of its dignity. 

3. The premises of the mission, their furnishings and other property thereon and the means of transport of the mission shall be immune from search, requisition, attachment or execution.

And in an astonishing action having no parallel in the history of modern international relations, this report continues, the United States, after their seizing Federation owned diplomatic buildings in America, then ordered them to be immediately sold to them, and their stating that Russia “couldn’t do anything about it”—and that Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova angrily replied to by stating:

“I am telling you a sensation. It is difficult to believe, officially the Department of State made it clear to us, we were told directly, that they expect that we shall sell those facilities to the US. 

They expect from us that we shall sell those properties to the American government. These are not one-bedroom flats in the outskirts, these are central locations in Washington and San Francisco.

We are speaking not just about some property, but about the property, which is in territory of a country, which always repeats its adherence to protection of private property. 

This US action in relation to Russian diplomatic property is absolutely new, not only in diplomacy, but also in security—and we consider this situation as a clearly hostile act, and as Washington’s grave violation of international law, including the Vienna Convention on Diplomacy and Consular Relations, the bilateral Consular Convention.”

Most disturbing (at least to us) about all of these grave events is that the American people are not being allowed to know anything about them by their propaganda “fake news” media—and who have no idea what’s about to occur as Russia has never in its history allowed such barbarities against it to go unanswered –and this time will be no different.

With Syrian War Won, Putin Warns Of “Planetary Catastrophe” As Japan Begins Mass Evacuation

A somber new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the Syrian War is now “all but won” after Russian warplanes and Black Sea Fleet warships pounded Islamic State forces into “near total obliteration” over the past 24 hours allowing Syrian military units to capture these terrorists last stronghold in central Syria, and that allowed Russian-backed allied forces to break the 3-year ISIS siege of Deir ez-Zor earlier today—but whose victory is being overshadowed by President Putin’s just issued grave warning that the West’s hysteria over North Korea “may lead to a planetary catastrophe”.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, at the same time that Japan announced that it was preparing to evacuate over 60,000 of its citizens from South Korea before the outbreak of total war, President Putin warned the West that sanctions against North Korea would never work, and his stating that the North Koreans “will eat grass but will not stop their nuclear program as long as they do not feel safe”—a situation, in fact, the American’s themselves created by their failing to abide by any international law in their invading and bombing every nation in the world not able to defend itself.

To anyone in the warmongering US establishment heeding these warnings, however, this report notes, appears unlikely as the American’s seem content upon sowing as much chaos in the world as possible, including their escalation of tensions with Russia—and whom in dealing with these “idiots” President Putin aptly described: “It’s difficult to have a dialogue with people who confuse Austria and Australia. There is nothing to do about it.  Apparently that’s the level of political culture of a certain part of the American establishment.”

With North Korea now being reported to be preparing for another ICBM missile launch, this report continues, President Trump said that the US was prepared to stop all trading with countries doing business with them, but that his critics immediately hammered with their claiming that this action would mean economic ruin for the United States—which is a shocking admission that the cost of economic globalism has been the compromise of American independence.

The only people in the United States supporting President Trump and American independence, though, this report notes, are the tens-of-millions of those US citizens who voted for him—but whom the “Deep State” just issued a warning against by one of their main spokesman, former President Reagan and President Bush administration official Bruce Bartlett, who openly declared warfare upon all of them with his stating: “There is no longer any doubt – ALL (100%) of Trump supporters are racists. If you don’t like it, fuck you.”

Most angering the “Deep State” against President Trump, this report explains, is his continuing to allow Russia and its Syrian allies to win the war against ISIS—and that even in spite of “some elements” within the US continuing to sell weapons to ISIS on a daily basis, the MoD has been able to obtain ceasefire agreements from 229 “armed formations” involved in this conflict, and that has allowed over 600,000 Syrian peoples to return to their homes this year—and whose Syrian national football (soccer) team, also, has a good chance of qualifying for the 2018 FIFA World Cup for the first time ever.

The American people, of course and as always, this report conclude, are not allowed to know the truth of Russia’s massive victory in Syria against the ISIS terror barbarians as their warmongering “fake news” propaganda media continues its drumming up support for global carnage—and who appear likely to get what as evidenced by North Korea now threatening a “horrible disaster” for South Korea should they continue their civil and military alliance with America, and their bluntly stating: “If we fire, they will die. This is the inescapable fate of the puppet warmongers.”
