COMMENTARY & OPINION

SMART (as in phone) is an intel world acronym for - "Surveillance Masked As Routine Technology".

IN JOB'S DAY (3rd millennia BC),       THERE WAS WORLD TRADE AND YOU DON'T NEED   A THD  IN THEOLOGY IN ORDER TO SEE THIS.

IF YOU HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA AND/OR A COLLEGE DEGREE, THEN YOU ARE CERTIFIED AS A NON-THINKER WHO HAS BOUGHT INTO THE MYTHS OF THE AMERICAN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM. I. E. "COLUMBUS DISCOVERED AMERICA --- THE EASTER BUNNY LAYS COLORED EGGS AND OUT GETTING SOOT ON HIS UNIFORM".

Am I being facetious?  Perhaps a bit --- but take a serious look at the American agenda in education.  Is it for the benefit of the masses or is it to keep the masses in a state of ignorance and therefore slavery? 

This world is in a dying state and we need to recognize that.  Satan's world that we call civilization is being phased out and the new world is on the threshold. 

Where did religion come from and what part does it play in today's world of chaos and confusion?  This is a valid question and if we haven't considered it, then our "watching" is somewhat deficient. 

We can see in Jeremiah 8:8 that the Jewish religionists have "...falsified the law", which was the term applied to the first five books of the Bible (Torah).  Was this religion at work doing what they do best --- deceiving the "... whole world"? 

This world of Satan is coming down and religious deception is one of the main components.  You have the key to the door of your mind and you can choose not to believe this --- that is your option.  But, if you are watching world news, I think you will see we are quickly running out of options.  There are no political solutions to the problems facing the world, and specifically America, today.  

You can believe, if you choose, that Israel today is the remnant of the Israel of old but we see in Isaiah 17, the first few verses, that "...the fortress is to cease from Ephraim..." in the run-up to the last days of this age.   Where is Ephraim?  If you don't know, it is high time you are finding out. 

For those who have been given, and received, a love of truth, may I suggest that you begin in Rev 7?  This is where 144,000 of the tribes of Israel are sealed for their physical protection during the tribulation --- at least part of the tribes.  Take particular notice that Dan and Ephraim are conspicuously absent.  Is this significant? 

Dan was the first tribe of Israel to go off into apostasy.  Presumably, this is why he is excluded.  But why Ephraim?  We can see that Manasseh is included. 

To me it seems that this puts the icing on the cake of William Dankenbring's destruction of Steven Collins' argument that Britain is Ephraim and the U.S. is Manasseh.  Collins has it backwards as WRD so aptly demonstrated.

We have already covered, in the pages of these Commentaries, Abraham's encounter with Melchisedek, where he negotiated for the sparing of Sodom if even ten righteous people could be found therein.  We know the outcome and that Sodom was destroyed after the removal of presumably four people. 

We also saw in the book of Malachi, this same member of the Elohim being quoted as saying, "I change not..." 

With this as a backdrop, now let's go back to Isaiah 17:1-4.  After Damascus becomes a "...ruinous heap", we see that the "...fortress also shall cease from Ephraim and the kingdom from Damascus..."  What fortress has been waging war on Damascus for the past several years?  Isn't this the fortress that will cease because of being destroyed "...in one hour" --- by the Elohim?

Are these prophecies being clarified now for a reason?  Is the reason to validate the messages of the two witnesses during the three and one half years preceding the coronation of the new ruler of planet earth?

Is it also for the purpose of showing the truth to those going into the tribulation so that some of them will be prepared for emigration to the new and greater Israel at the end of the tribulation? 

So, the LORD hasn't "...delayed His coming" but rather, there are things that must be done in preparation for that event.
