Russia Issues Terrifying “Mercury Retrograde” Warning, Says Strike On America Imminent

An absolutely mind shattering new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that during yesterdays war conference held between Chief of the Russian General Staff General Valery Gerasimov and US Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Joseph Dunford, the Americans were bluntly told that if they strike Syria, Russian military forces would instantly respond by targeting US warplanes and warships—thus constituting what is in essence the feared “Mercury Retrograde” warning the most secretive branch of the Federal Security Service (FSB) has documented would cause the outbreak of World War III—and that begins with this evenings sunset.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, virtually unknown in the West is the fact that since the beginning of the 20^th century, all major world powers established “astral forces”—whose operations remain in effect today with one of Russia’s most secret units of state security being the FSB “astral intelligence unit” led by Major-General Boris Ratnikov—and who, in his only public interview, in 2006, stunningly revealed its secrets by stating [English]:

There is nothing paradoxical about the fact that there was such a subject in the field of view of security agencies, no.  Since ancient times, humanity has been interested in what consciousness is about itself.  Strongers (rulers) of this world used a variety of technologies to influence the psyche.

In the twentieth century, the magical practice of the ancient priests reached the scientific level of research, which immediately found themselves in the field of view of the special services. 

Special attention was paid to this problem in Great Britain, Germany and the Soviet Union.  In our country, for example, almost all people with supernatural powers were controlled by the GB (military intelligence) authorities.

You can not even imagine what a war of brains developed in this field in the first half of the last century.  I'm not likely to exaggerate if I say that sometimes there were real “astral” battles. 

And all this was classified and camouflaged, probably no less than a nuclear project.

One of the most successful “astral battles” engaged in by this highly secretive FSB “astral intelligence unit”, this report details, was against the demonic Clinton regime in the 1990’s—whose then First Lady, Hillary Clinton, “communed with the dead”—and whose American “astral forces” were “psychically programming” President Boris Yeltsin to cede control of the Kuril Islands to Japan and China—but whose “astral battle” was lost as revealed by Major-General Boris Ratnikov who stated [English]:

We disrupted Yeltsin's first visit to Japan.  It was supposed to take place in 1992. 

As we learned, the president was intensely “programmed” to give up a number of the Kuril Islands of Japan.  But this was only the first step in a multi-way combination of forces claiming global hegemony.

And after the transfer of the islands of Japan, China, which was also programmed, had to start actively demanding the return of disputed territories, which then was enough. 

The case could have reached an armed conflict.  And immediately in the world would rise to a wave of protest against the expansion of the Peoples Republic of China. 

Russia, provoked by the world community, could then well declare war on China.

With the FSB’s “astral intelligence unit” having averted a Russia-China war, that only the Americans would have benefited from, this report continues, Major-General Boris Ratnikov then sought to keep such “astral battles” from happening again—and that led to his meeting with one of the CIA’s main “astral intelligence unit” operatives, but whose confrontation ended in failure [English]:

In the early nineties, I had a meeting with one rather specific CIA worker.  We accepted him well, as a result, the American said that for the United States there is no secret of our nuclear submarine missile carriers. 

It's as if their specially trained psychics are driving our every nuclear submarine, “watching” the actions of the crew and the state of strategic weapons. 

At the same time, he showed us evidence, which, paradoxically, really confirmed the correctness of his words.

Then we told him that the “translucence” of nuclear submarines is impressive, but we can safely “walk the brains” of the US president and his closest associates. 

Then they gave him information, which only the first person in the state could really know. 

This CIA employee contacted his superiors, and then said: “why do we have to hide something from each other?  We enter an open society, let's be friends and exchange information”. 

We agreed, but after that all the contacts in the field of psychotronics American security services with us stopped.

Though all “astral intelligence unit” communications between Russia and the United States ended over a quarter a century ago, this report notes, the FSB’s “astral” scientific research not only continued, but expanded into the “horary astrology” discoveries of the most celebrated astrologer of the seventeenth century named William Lilly—whose 1647 publication of “Christian Astrology” is considered to be one of the most important seminal works of western astrology ever written.

Not being allowed to be studied under Soviet rule by the anti-Christian Communists, this report details, once President Putin created the “Triumph of Christianity” in Russia, the FSB’s “astral intelligence unit” was free to research William Lily’s discoveries regarding “horary astrology”—that is an ancient branch of horoscopic astrology in which an astrologer attempts to answer a question by constructing a horoscope for the exact time at which the question was received and understood by the astrologer.

One of the strongest modern day adherents to “horary astrology”, this report continues, was First Lady Nancy Reagan, who turned to this ancient branch of horoscopic astrology after the attempted “Deep State” assassination of her husband President Ronald Reagan on 30 March 1981—but that President Reagan was able to survive as the attempt on his life came just after the 8 February-2 March 1981 “Mercury Retrograde”, and not during it.

Critical to note about “horary astrology” and the “Mercury Retrograde”, this report explains, are the too numerous historical catastrophic events occurring during this time period—and with it now occurring in the “god of war” fire sign Aries makes these coming weeks the most dangerous our world has experienced in decades—but could also provide new opportunities for peace. 

The FSB’s “astral intelligence unit” stating that World War III may break out during this current “Mercury Retrograde” period, that begins at sunset today, this report says, is due to their “brain walking” President Trump’s White House showing that it’s “extremely unsettled” due to America’s collapsing stock market and chaos having just erupted in Trump’s legal team that’s dealing with the supposed Russian collusion charade—while at the same time it’s been confirmed that US Special Forces delivered 20 tons of chlorine gas to Al Qaeda terrorists in Syria in order to execute a “false flag” attack for the purposes of blaming Damascus and Moscow.

With the US further being confirmed to be retraining Islamic State terrorists and rebranding them as “democratic forces” to carry out “false flag” chemical attacks in Syria, this report continues, just days ago Foreign Minister Lavrov bluntly told the Americans this vile plot was known about—with General Gerasimov, the overall commander of Russia’s armed forces, then following by warning:

Moscow is ready to respond if lives of the Russian servicemen are endangered, including by strikes on Damascus.  There are many Russian advisers, representatives of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides and [Russian] servicemen in Damascus and at Syrian defense facilities.

In case lives of Russian military personnel are put in danger, the Russian Armed Forces will respond with certain measure to both “missiles” and “launchers” which are delivering these projectiles.

Implicit in General Gerasimov’s warning to the United States, this report says it’s important to note, is that unlike last April’s (2017) “$100 million sham attack” on an empty Syrian airbase when Russian forces were content to just destroy 34 of the 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles fired at it—this time around these same Russian forces will retaliate against the US warplanes and US warships firing these missiles—and that the globally feared Russian helicopter-based radio electronic warfare system Rychag-AV—that is capable of protecting large areas by “blinding” all enemy warplanes and missiles within several hundred kilometers—has now been brought into Syria for the first time to assure the success of—and whose conflict the American people are still only being told the “Disney Version” of.

With French President Emmanuel Macron having just issued his ominous advice to foreign journalists not to go to Syria’s capital Damascus in the coming days and, for those already there, to leave the capital immediately, this report concludes, the FSB’s “astral intelligence units” having given their “Mercury Retrograde” warning could very well be as dire as it sounds—and whose final projection is no less than the outbreak of World War III.
