Bombshell Report Reveals President Putin Presented Special Counsel Robert Mueller With “Hero Of The Russian Federation” Medal

Just when one thought that there was nothing left to boggle the mind in the ever-changing Trump-Russia collusion fairytale that’s embroiled the entire American political system for over the past year, a bombshell new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today reveals that, in May-2013, President Putin personally awarded to then FBI Director Robert Mueller the “Hero Of The Russian Federation” medal, which is the highest medal Russia can bestow—and was presented to Mueller in recognition of his strengthening Russian-United States intelligence and security cooperation by his personally involving, at great personal risk to himself, Russian-Jewish billionaire Oleg Deripaska in a highly classified mission to free a captured FBI agent named Robert Levinson.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, on 9 March 2007, acknowledged FBI and DEA agent, and highly suspected to be CIA operative, Robert Levinson mysteriously disappeared in Iran while conducting what US authorities claimed was an investigation into cigarette smuggling—but whom Russian intelligence sources confirmed was on a “rogue mission” for the CIA—and whose capture led to a major shakeup in the CIA, especially due to his capture having damaged ties between intelligence analysts and operations specialists within the CIA.

So fearful, in fact, was the US about any information about Robert Levinson and his true mission being discovered, this report notes, and for the first time in American history, the United States outright refused to enter into any negotiations for his release—meaning, in essence, that Levinson had been disavowed  by the entire United States government he had served for over 30 years.      

Upon the Obama-Clinton regime taking power in early 2009, however, this report continues, then FBI counterterrorism operative Andrew McCabe requested a secret meeting with the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) at their Moscow headquarters in order to “discuss” the case of Robert Levinson—which was not an unusual request for McCabe to make as for years he had worked within the highest levels of Russian intelligence agencies in combating organized crime and terrorism—with McCabe, also, having formed a close personal relationship with Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska.

To Oleg Deripaska, specifically, this report details, is whom FBI operative Andrew McCabe wanted the SVR’s permission to “approach”—with the express purpose of “engaging” Deripaska to join a secret operation being headed by then FBI Director Robert Mueller to free Robert Levinson—with the SVR granting the “permission” McCabe requested, but with Deripaska having to report all activates he engaged in with this foreign intelligence service.

Unknown to the American people, this report explains, is that FBI Director Robert Mueller’s recruitment of Oleg Deripaska to help free Robert Levinson was a blatant violation of a US federal law known as the Antideficiency Act that prohibits federal agencies from accepting voluntary services—but that Mueller, at great personal risk to himself, ignored by his allowing Deripaska to spend over $25 million of his personal monies to pay for Levinson’s release, along with Deripaska, also, dispatching his own private jet to Iran to pick up and return to US custody Levinson upon his release.

With everything being prepared by Oleg Deripaska to secure Levinson’s release, though, this report notes, then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton discovered what FBI Director Robert Mueller was doing—with Clinton then refusing Iran’s request that she issue a statement absolving the Iranian government of any responsibility for Levinson’s spying actions and capture—thus causing Deripaska to order his private jet back to Moscow, and Levinson “disappearing” again, perhaps forever.

In the weeks following the 15 April 2013 Boston Marathon Bombing, this report continues, FBI Director Robert Mueller traveled to Moscow where he secretly met with President Putin in the Kremlin—and where Putin displayed to Mueller the Hero Of The Russian Federation medal he planned on presenting him with during the upcoming Obama-Putin summit as recognition for his heroic actions in attempting to free Robert Levinson—but that caused, a few weeks later, CIA Director John Brennan to suddenly show up unannounced at SVR headquarters in Moscow where he “exploded” in anger threatening “severe consequences” if Putin even dared present this honor to Mueller—and who was quickly followed by President Obama cancelling his summit with Putin altogether.

To what the true facts are about Robert Levinson and the CIA the United States is so terrified about the world knowing, this report details, are not yet fully “known/comprehended” by Russian intelligence agencies—but who were “beyond stunned” when, on 14 July 2015, the Obama regime and Iran came to a sudden agreement (called the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) on the Iranian nuclear programme—and whose stunning and rapid conclusion was followed 48 hours later, on 16 July 2015, by New York City billionaire real estate developer Donald Trump announcing his plan to run for the US presidency.

To how much fear the Obama regime had towards Trump, should he ever get to be US president, this report explains, was evidenced by the US completing a secret “side deal” with Iran—that involved the Obama regime sending multiple pallets to Iran containing $1.7 billion in untraceable cash to insure Robert Levinson would never be seen or heard from again—but that Trump, apparently, knew about, thus causing him, this past week, to tear up this Iranian nuclear agreement entirely—and that has so terrorified Iran, they are now threatening to reveal everyone involved in this massive bribery plot.    

As Donald Trump continued his unstoppable political rampage to power throughout 2016, this report continues, the Obama regime became so unhinged that, in early September, two months before the US presidential election, then FBI Director James Comey and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe stunningly sent 3 FBI agents to the New York City home of Oleg Deripaska, where during an hour-long visit, these agents “posited a theory” that Trump’s campaign was secretly colluding with Russia to hijack the US election.

Oleg Deripaska, of course, laughed at the absurdity of what these FBI agents were “positing”, this report notes, but with his soon realizing that they were serious—with Deripaska’s lawyer further telling the US press about this bizarre incident: “So he told them in his informed opinion the idea they were proposing was false. ‘You are trying to create something out of nothing”.

Going from the downright bizarre to the outright Kafkaesque, this report further details, the same Robert Mueller who had earned President Putin’s high esteem and admiration for enlisting Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska to help free CIA operative Robert Levinson from Iran, is now leading the charge against President Trump as a “Special Counsel” investigating the FBI’s “posited theory” of Russian collusion—but whose actions have become so comically inept, Mueller was just mocked in a US Federal Court for “indicting a ham sandwich”—that refers to a non-existent Russian company he charged for interfering in the 2016 US presidential election. 

In fact, this report continues, in now Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s fanatical zeal to destroy President Trump before the full truth about CIA operative Robert Levinson can be discovered, his FBI “posited theory” of Trump-Russia collusion led to him “joke indict” Russian companies and individuals, but with Mueller’s undoing being one of these Russian companies, Concord Management, actually appearing in a US Federal Court to fight the lies and charges being made against them—and though Mueller pleaded with the US Federal Judge to “stop him from himself” before he had to face these Russians, his request was quickly denied.

With Special Counsel Mueller already facing a virtual avalanche of discovery demands [scroll down to ATTACHMENT A and ATTACHMENT B] made by Concord Management’s powerful American attorneys to uncover over 70 years worth of US government crimes, this report details, these same attorneys, yesterday, dealt the preverbal “death blow” to Muller and his entire Trump-Russia collusion fairytale charade with their US Federal Court filing titled “DEFENDANT CONCORD MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING LLC’S MOTION PURSUANT TO RULE 6(e)(3)(E)(ii) FOR IN CAMERA INSPECTION OF LEGAL INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED TO THE GRAND JURY REGARDING COUNT ONE OF THE INDICTMENT”—that systematically rips to shreds Mueller’s entire existence for being by methodically pointing out that the so-called laws Russia, and by inference President Trump, are accused of breaking don’t exist at all—and whose damning words, in part, state:

The Court is well aware that heretofore investigations of alleged improper foreign involvement in American elections have been handled by the United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”); specifically the Campaign Finance Task Force created by former Attorney General Reno in 1997, and where the Court worked as a prosecutor from September 1997 to August 1998.

Former Attorney General Reno refused to bow to massive political pressure to appoint a special counsel, and instead the Task Force methodically investigated and prosecuted cases through 2000.

Throughout all of that activity, the DOJ never brought any case like the instant Indictment, that is, an alleged conspiracy by a foreign corporation to “interfere” in a Presidential election by allegedly funding free speech. 

The obvious reason for this is that no such crime exists in the federal criminal code.

Now, some twenty years later, the Deputy Attorney General acting for the recused Attorney General has rejected the history and integrity of the DOJ, and instead licensed a Special Counsel who for all practical political purposes cannot be fired, to indict a case that has absolutely nothing to do with any links or coordination between any candidate and the Russian Government.

The reason is obvious, and is political: to justify his own existence the Special Counsel has to indict a Russian – any Russian.

Different from any election case previously brought by the DOJ, the Special Counsel used the catch-all provision of the federal criminal code, the defraud prong of conspiracy, 18 U.S.C. § 371, to allege that a foreign corporate defendant with no presence in the United States and having never entered the United States, engaged in the make-believe crime of conspiring to “interfere” in a United States election.

With no evidence existing that the US mainstream propaganda media is allowing the American people to know any of the true facts about the sordid and shocking crimes being committed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller against both President Trump and Russia, this report concludes, the same cannot be said about the rest of the world who are raptly following this “carnival of the bizarre” on a daily basis—especially in Russia, where this entire charade is likened to a really horrible movie that one just can’t stop watching—and whose people, without a doubt, are glad they’ve got President Putin looking out for them as they all watch the United States needlessly destroy itself.
