Russia Ponders Troops To Cuba After Trump Revival Of Monroe Doctrine Sends Shockwaves Around World

A heart pounding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today confirming that both Russia and China are preparing for war with the United States reveals top Russian leaders are seriously considering the deployment of Joint Peacekeeping Forces of the Collective Security Treaty Organization troops to a being pondered new Russian military base on the Caribbean island nation of Cuba as is being urgently requested by Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez who is in Moscow today—and comes a day after the US named Cuba as being a part of a “Troika of Tyranny” along with the Central American nation of Nicaragua and South American nation of Venezuela—thus proving beyond all doubt that President Trump has revived his nation’s “Monroe Doctrine” to throw out of the Western Hemisphere (North, Central and South America) all foreign powers and influence—and as directly stated by Assistant Secretary for Terrorist Financing at the US Department of the Treasury Marshall Billingslea who declared last week before the powerful American foreign policy organization Brookings Institution that the socialist governments in Venezuela and Nicaragua now “threaten the integrity” of the international financial system due to their ties with foreign powers outside of the Western Hemisphere.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, and though little known to the American people, the foundation upon which the entire foreign policy of the United States has been built is known as the Monroe Doctrine—that refers to the 2 December 1823 address made to the US Congress by President James Monroe that articulated his nation’s policy on the new political order developing in the rest of the Americas and the role of Europe in the Western Hemisphere—and whose three main concepts of the doctrine are—separate spheres of influence for the Americas and Europe, non-colonization, and non-intervention, that were designed to signify a clear break between the New World and the autocratic realm of Europe.

The first major threat to the Monroe Doctrine, this report explains, came during the 1861-1865 American Civil War when the British Empire massed troops in Canada and the French Empire massed troops in Mexico to invade the United States and divide it up among themselves—but whose plans were thwarted when the Russian Empire sent its powerful navy fleets to both the East and West coasts of the US to prevent.

In January-1917 as World War I was raging in Europe, this report continues, the German Empire attempted to break the Monroe Doctrine by its proposing an alliance with Mexico—thus causing the United States to declare war on Germany, and that brought this war to a swift end barely a year later, on 11 November 2018. 

On 7 December 1941, this report further notes, the Empire of Japan came up against the Monroe Doctrine when it attacked the United States protected Western Hemisphere territories of Hawaii and Alaska—that the US immediately responded to by declaring war on Japan, but not on Nazi Germany as it hadn’t in any way attempted to thwart the Monroe Doctrine—but because Nazi Germany was an ally of Japan, saw it declaring war on the United States—thus accelerating World War II to encompass the entire world. 

The greatest threat, however, to the Monroe Doctrine, this report details, occurred in October-1962 during what is now known as the Cuban Missile Crisis—that saw the United States fully prepared to use nuclear weapons and ignite World War III unless the Soviet Communists removed their nuclear weapons and offensive military forces from the Western Hemisphere island nation of Cuba.  

During the 1980’s, this report further documents, President Ronald Reagan used the Monroe Doctrine to halt the spread of Soviet Communist influence in the Western Hemisphere region of Central America—and that followed by a decade President Richard Nixon, likewise, using the Monroe Doctrine to overthrow the government of the Western Hemisphere South American nation of Chile, in 1973, before it could be taken over by Soviet Communist aligned leftists—both of whom joined a long list of American leaders who, for the past over 100 years, have used the Monroe Doctrine to keep the Western Hemisphere free of foreign power influence. 

In the early 1990’s, though, with the ascendance to power of President Bill Clinton, this report continues, the United States ceased using the Monroe Doctrine to protect the Western Hemisphere against foreign powers—that provided an opening to the Chinese Communists who began infiltrating the Western Hemisphere nations of Central and South America to such an extent today now sees its malign influence having destroyed El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Venezuela. 

 Communist China influence in Latin American spreads under Clinton-Bush-Obama regimes that didn’t enforce Monroe Doctrine

Upon taking power in early 2017, this report details, President Trump turned his nation away from its foreign entanglements outside of the Western Hemisphere and began focusing on his closest neighbors in Latin America—most particularly because China’s trade with and investment in this region had deepened at around the time of the great recession of 2008, and between 2015 and 2019, it plans to invest $250 billion in direct investment in the region and about $500 billion in trade—with China already being the largest trading partner of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Peru—and that, this past January, Trump began sounding warning alarms about.

Moving swiftly to counter China, too, this report says, President Trump negotiated an historic new trade agreement with Mexico, one of whose main features sees the United States, Mexico and Canada being able to isolate China—with Trump further ordering, this past July, the US Army Futures Command to relocate to his nation’s southern border State of Texas—and who, in August, relocated under their command the US Army’s most experienced combat engineers in building border protection walls and fences—followed, last month, by the US Army Futures Command declaring that it will now become the “Global Command” for all US military forces—and whom, in the past few days, Trump has ordered 15,000 troops to be put under their command to protect his nation’s southern border—with Trump further declaring that these US troops will consider rocks thrown at them at border as firearms.

Though the American people are being lied to by their leftist mainstream propaganda media about what President Trump is actually doing, with their falsely claiming that it’s about migrant caravans from Central America comprised of women and children, this report details, nothing could be further from the truth as the main threat to all of the Western Hemisphere are the estimated over 2 million refugees flowing out of the Communist Chinese failed state of Venezuela—and whose shocking numbers are growing by the day.

To counter this existential threat, this report says, President Trump masterminded the stunning  Brazilian election victory of Jair Bolsonaro, known as the “Tropical Trump”, this past week—with both of them now rapidly planning for their invasion of Venezuela that opposition forces there are now begging for to come much sooner than later.

With Brazil being protected under the Monroe Doctrine, as it’s not a foreign power and is located under United States protection in the Western Hemisphere, this report notes, President-elect Bolsonaro is swiftly aligning his nation’s polices with those of President Trump—to include his vowing to move Brazil’s embassy in Israel to Jerusalem, his preparing to fire all of this nation’s leftist government bureaucrats and, most importantly, his preparing to attack and take on China like Trump has done.  

President’s Trump and Bolsonaro unite under Monroe Doctrine to expel Communist China from Western Hemisphere

To the shockwaves being sent around the world today by President Trump and President Bolsonaro uniting under the principals of the Monroe Doctrine to protect the Western Hemisphere from foreign power influence, this report explains, is because of their both now controlling the entire fate of the world—and is due to their now having total control of our world’s 6^th most vital for human survival food crop soybeans—that the United States is the world’s largest producer of, Brazil the second largest, with the 3^rd, 6^th, 7^th, 9^th and 10^th producers of being the Western Hemisphere nations of Argentina, Paraguay, Canada, Bolivia and Uruguay—and whom the world’s two largest consumers of, Communist China and Socialist European Union, now have to deal with unless they want their populations to starve and economies to collapse.

With the United Nations warning that world hunger is on the rise due to conflict and climate change, this report continues, President Trump has been well aware that mass migration led to the collapse of the Roman Empire because it could no longer feed itself—and whose repeat of today is being evidenced in the European Union nation of Germany whose unrestricted acceptance of tens-of-millions of illegal migrants now sees its unemployment at a historic low, but at the same time almost 20 percent of its population is threatened with poverty and starvation.

Knowing of the horrors to come, too, this report says, nations around the world are quickly siding with President Trump as he secures food security for the entire Western Hemisphere for decades to come using the Monroe Doctrine—and as evidenced by Croatia joining with the United States, Hungary and Austria in refusing to sign the UN migration pact, and, even more astoundingly, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison breaking completely with Western leftist orthodoxy by his blasting “transgender nonsense” and vowing that the only sexes that will be listed on his nation’s passports will be male and female.

 Globalist aligned leftist world grows ever fearful of President Donald Trump as he continues amassing power and victories

With, at least, the elite leftist forces in America growing ever more fearful that the billions-of-dollars they have spent trying to destroy President Trump in the soon upcoming 2018 Midterm Elections may be about to go up in flames, this report further notes, their fears appear to be justified as Trump’s masterful use of the Monroe Doctrine to protect his nation’s citizens against foreign power domination now sees an historic record of 156,562,000 of them being employed today as jobs continue to flood back into the US from all around the globe—most incredibly high paying manufacturing jobs that are increasing at the rate of 1,000 a day leading to the highest wage gains in over a decade—and that has boosted Trump’s approval rating to 51%, in spite of the hourly bombardment of fake news being thrown at him by an enraged leftist media.

Enraging these leftist media forces trying to destroy President Trump even more, this report concludes, is new polling showing that the majority of the American people blame them, not Trump, for causing the divisiveness in their country—with these ordinary peoples, too, continuing to line up for miles by the tens-of-thousands to hear Trump speak, and whose reason for doing so top US pollster Mark Penn explains to these deaf and blind leftists is because Trump is really funny and people love that about him—the vast majority of whom are the one demographic that could blow up all of these leftists’ plans for victory—and it’s one that Democrats have been losing on a consistent basis for many election cycles now: non-college educated white voters—that against whom these Democrat leftists have pitted their socialist supporting Millennials, but only one-third of whom say they’re definitely going to vote next week—making it no wonder why Trump keeps laughing and smiling while the world grows ever nearer to total war, but that, at least, Russia believes he’s able to stop.
