Trump-Mueller “Collusion” Against Clinton Protects Global Realignment For Chinese Control Of Middle East—While US Prepares For “Southern Pivot”

A beyond mind-bending “house of mirrors” new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today providing glimpses into the “Grand Bargain” to be finalized between President Putin and President Donald Trump at their 16 July Helsinki Summit stunningly reveals that the United States is preparing to alter the global balance of power by its ceding full control over the Middle East to China, while America realigns its power to face a growing existential threat on its southern border—and whose 21^st Century “Great Game” strategy of has astoundingly been protected by Special Counsel Robert Mueller since the day after Trump’s 8 November 2016 election victory—and was when a highly influential, but little known, US intelligence and national security reporter named Marcy Wheeler shockingly broke the “cardinal rule of journalism” by betraying one of her Hillary Clinton “Deep State” sources attempting to destroy this “path for world peace”, that’s been planned by secretive defense factions within Russia, the US, Israel and China since 2004.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, as a part of its nearly 70 year bid for global hegemony, the United States, in 2003, illegally breached the Charter of the United Nations and invaded Iraq—with former NATO Supreme Commander US General Wesley Clark subsequently revealing that America’s full “Deep State” master-plan was to “take out 7 countries in 5 years: Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia and Iran”.

As the “Deep State” in America is a secretive federation of politicians, government bureaucrats, intelligence agency factions and defense contractors, who enrich themselves from constant warfare, this report explains, its 2003 illegal invasion of Iraq, and its plans for further invasions, put it into direct conflict with its more powerful adversary known as the “Invisible State”—made up entirely of US military “deep cover” operatives buried within every strata of the US government—all of whom are controlled by the most protected and secretive organization of the United States Department of Defense known as the Office of Net Assessment (ONA). 

Established, in 1972, by American statesman Henry Kissinger, this report continues, the ONA’s first director was foreign policy strategist Andrew Marshall—whose US national security career began in 1949, was the only person in America who correctly anticipated the fall of the Soviet Union, and whose legendary feats of analysis earned him the title of being “The Pentagon’s Yoda”—and who, in 2004, struck back “with a vengeance” stopping the “Deep State’s” mass invasion plan in its tracks by his secretly publishing (and leaking only to the Guardian News Service, in London) an absolutely devastating report warning that “by 2020, nuclear conflict, mega-droughts, famine and widespread rioting will erupt across the world”. 

Armed with Andrew “Yoda” Marshall’s devastating report, this report details, Henry Kissinger began aligning the “Invisible State” to be able to confront the worst crisis America has ever faced—but who were countered by “Deep State” forces aligned with Hillary Clinton overthrowing the government of Honduras in 2009, overthrowing the government of Libya in 2011, igniting a civil war in Syria in 2011, and overthrowing the government of Ukraine in 2014.

By 2015, this report notes, Henry Kissinger and his “Invisible State” forces had, essentially, had enough of Hillary Clinton and her “Deep State” spreading death and chaos across the entire world—with Kissinger then personally choosing New York City real estate billionaire Donald Trump to be the next President of the United States—and whose stunning victory Hillary Clinton directly blamed on the “Invisible State”—with her longtime super-lobbyist lawyer Lanny Davis even going so far, in his book titled “The Unmaking of the President 2016: How FBI Director James Comey Cost Hillary Clinton the Presidency”, to claim that former FBI Director James Comey, in fact, was an operative of the “Invisible State” specifically tasked with destroying Clinton.         

In contrast to Hillary Clinton and the “Deep State’s” master plan to lead the United States into a continuous series of wars for global hegemony, whose eventual outcome would, without any doubt, lead to World War III, this report continues, the “Invisible State” has been planning for a world at peace—with close Henry Kissinger confidant Amitav Acharya, the Distinguished Professor of International Relations at American University, Washington, D.C., presenting to President Trump last year the guidelines to do so contained in the document titled “After Liberal Hegemony: The Advent of a Multiplex World Order”—and whose guidelines to fully formulate the Trump Doctrine, in part, state:

While the West woke up to the threat to the liberal international order when Donald Trump was elected U.S. president, its decline was apparent even at the height of the Obama-Clinton era.

What follows the end of the U.S.-dominated world order is not a return to multipolarity as many pundits assume.

The twenty-first-century world—politically and culturally diverse but economically and institutionally interlinked—is vastly different from the multipolar world that existed prior to World War II.

China and India are major powers now; and globalization will not end, but will take on a new form, driven more by the East than the West and more by South-South linkages than North-North ones.

The system of global governance will fragment, with new actors and institutions chipping away at the old UN-based system.

Liberal values and institutions will not disappear, but will have to coexist and enmesh with the ideas and institutions of others, especially those initiated by China.  This “multiplex world” carries both risks and opportunities for managing international stability.

Instead of bemoaning the passing of the old liberal order, the West should accept the new realities and search for new ways to ensure peace and stability in partnership with the rising powers.

The maintenance of world order depends on regional orders.  As Henry Kissinger argues, “The contemporary quest for world order will require a coherent strategy to establish a concept of order within the various regions and to relate these regional orders to one another.”

A “multiplex world” in which elements of the liberal order survive, but are subsumed in a complex of multiple, crosscutting international orders.

It is wrong to say that globalization is over.  Instead, in a multiplex world it will take, and is already taking, a different form.

The new globalization could well be led less by the West and more by the East, especially China and India, as it had been for a thousand years before European colonialism. 

On its own, China may not be able to lead globalization outright, but it has the potential to reshape it with initiatives like the One Belt, One Road strategy and the AIIB.

Critical to the “Invisible State” creating this new “multiplex world” living at peace with itself, this report says, are the main world leaders who must first build its lasting foundations—and that, for the first time in history, include President Trump, who is a close personal friend of Kissinger—President Putin, who is a longtime confident of Kissinger—Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, whom Kissinger put in power and has guided for decades—and now, too, Chinese President Xi Jinping, whom Kissinger met within weeks of Trump being elected. 

With Kissinger having warned all of these global leaders that “a prolonged confrontation between China and the United States would alter the world economy with unsettling consequences for all”, this report details, the new Trump-Doctrine of a “multiplex world” calls for the United States first extricating itself from the Middle East—whose vast oil and natural gas resources are no longer needed by an America that Trump is fast leading not only towards energy independence, but global energy dominance—while at the same time, the energy starved Chinese, who are near totally dependant on Middle East oil and gas, have just established the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum (CASCF) aimed at deepening economic and security cooperation between Beijing and Arab countries of that region and North Africa within the framework of their One Belt-One Road project.

With the United States being able to extricate itself from the Middle East, but leaving China there as a stabilizing force, this report further details, the new Trump-Doctrine will enable it to focus its full military, political and economic power on the Americas, both Northern and Southern hemispheres—where the chaos and violence has become so acute, President Trump is now preparing his military forces for the invasion of to stop—with fears rising by the day should new Mexican president, López Obrador, adhere to his campaign proposal of not interfering with his nations drug cartels—that would not only be handing his northern provinces entirely over to the most vicious gangsters in the history of the Americas, he will oblige President Trump to invade—and whose “drumbeats of war” are now growing louder with articles begin written (Should We Invade Mexico?) and Trump’s White House leaking of their “plan” to invade Venezuela too.

In seeking, however, to pull the world back from the brink of this “Deep State” caused global violence and chaos, this report says, and over the past few days President Putin has met with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, with Netanyahu agreeing not to seek the toppling of the Syrian regime as long as Russia keeps Iran from its borders there, and Ali Akbar Velayati, a top adviser to Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, to begin talks to accomplish this—while at the same time, President Trump has (finally) gotten the Mexican government to send its military forces against the drug cartels on the US borders—and Mexico’s new president to agree to create a new border force to keep Central American migrants from coming near the US southern border—and too where Trump has just dispatched a high-level delegations, headed by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, to meet with Mexico’s new president in an effort to forestall an invasion—and that, hopefully, gives Trump the time he needs to build his US-Mexico border that his US federal and military forces have begun sending out the notices of to begin building.

This report stunningly concludes with more evidence showing that the supposed Trump-Collusion investigation being conducted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller (a former US Marine officer) is, in fact, nothing more than an elaborate “Invisible State” ruse directed by Henry Kissinger in order to keep Hillary Clinton, her “Deep State” allies, and their sycophantic mainstream media propaganda puppets, from being able to stop President Trump as he, along with other world leaders, fully establish the new Trump-Doctrine—and who, today, are particularly incensed over their fears that Trump is preparing to follow Kissinger’s lead in declaring that Crimea is part of the Russian Federation when he meets Putin—both of whom lead nations of mostly Christian peoples just wanting to live in peace—but whose communist-leftist enemies only want more chaos, war and destruction.
