Putin Summons Top US Lawmakers To Moscow, But Orders Them First To Take Lessons On Russian History—While Fate Of World Peace And American Economy Hang In Balance

A fascinating new Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) report circulating in the Kremlin today says that the seven top US Senators and one top US Congresswoman summoned to Moscow by President Putin have completed their “lessons” in historic and modern Russian history given to them in St. Petersburg—and whose vital understanding of same is of such importance, no less than the peace of the world is at stake as Russia and Israel attempt to end the Syrian Civil War—while at the same time, the American economy hangs in the balance, too, should the Russian Central Bank carry through on its threat to dump its remaining US Dollar reserves. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, this past April (2018), the Russian Central Bank dumped half of its US Treasury Bonds, worth over $47 billion, on the world market, and who since have boosted the share of Chinese currency and gold bullion in its reserves—with this action being taken on the orders of President Putin and the Security Council as a retaliation for the United States having enacted into law a staggering defense budget of over $700 billion—and that was viewed by the Kremlin as a deliberate provocation standing in opposition to Russia having just cut its defense budget by 17% to $61 billion, which was the first cut in Russian defense spending in 20 years.

In knowing that Russia would forcefully respond to this provocation, this report continues, immediately after the 12 December 2017 signing of this US defense bill, a high-level US Congressional delegation requested visas so that they could travel to Moscow to explain to the Kremlin their actions—but one of whose proposed members, Democratic Party US Senator Jeanne Shaheen, was denied entry into Russia as she is on the “black list” of persons not allowed to enter the Motherland due to her communist ties and anti-Russian actions—and that after this denial, the entire mission was cancelled.

Senator Shaheen’s visa denial to enter Russia, this report explains, is due to her membership in the American communist organization known as the Democratic Party—whose Chairman Tom Perez has shockingly told his party’s members that President Obama is the “real president” of the United States, with his further declaring that openly socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez represents the “future of our party”—and whose political party has become so radicalized, its members are now calling for the ouster of the openly socialist US Senator Bernie Sanders for his being “too right-wing”—with US Congresswoman Maxine Waters, also, now becoming one of this communist party’s main spokespersons who is vowing to plunge her entire party into violence by stating that they are done with “nice guy politics”—all of which has led former Democratic Party members to leave in droves by what is being called the #WalkAway movement rapidly spreading across America.

After the Russian Central Bank begin divesting itself of all of its US assests this past April, however, this report continues, the American Ambassador to Russia, Jon Huntsman Jr., reported to President Putin that President Trump was requesting that the Kremlin meet another US Congressional delegation to fully explain the US defense budget—to which President Putin agreed as long as this delegation would not include any Democratic Party official, as well as their being members of the United States Senate Committee on Appropriations, United States House Committee on Appropriations and the United States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation.

The importance of having only members of these US Congressional committees meet with their Russian counterparts, this report says, is due to their being the only ones able to fully explain their government’s expenditures—as all money spent by the United States must first pass through them—and whose essence of understanding is now made even more critical due to the US House having just passed another massive bill giving another $675 billion to the Pentagon, and that’s now being reconciled with the US Senate’s just passed defense bill of $716 billion—thus showing that the Trump Administration is poised to implement one of the steadiest defense buildups of the United States since World War II.

With this massive American military buildup being met with top Democratic Party leaders in the US outrageously claiming that “Russia has committed an act of war” against the United States due to supposed “election interference”, and that no one has bothered to provide any evidence or proof of, this report continues, fully known to President Trump, and the rest of the world, is that Russia’s military doctrine allows for “first strike” nuclear weapons use in the event the Russian Federation perceives it’s about to be attacked—and whose established protocols for doing so would be “more than met” should the Democrats in the United States ever regain power and place their “communist hands” on the vast war machine now being built there.

In understanding how grave the Kremlin views the erupting political chaos and violence now occurring in America, and its massive military buildup into whose hands no one yet fully knows will fall, this report details, President Putin has allowed to enter Russia the following US Congressional delegation of Republican Party only members to explain their country’s actions: Senator Richard Shelby, Chairman of Senate Committee on Appropriations—Senator John Neely Kennedy,  Committee on Appropriations—Senator Steve Daines, Committee on Appropriations—Senator John Hoeven, Committee on Appropriations—Senator Jerry Moran, Committee on Appropriations—Senator John Thune, Chairman of Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation—and—Congresswoman Kay Granger, Chairwoman of House Sub Committee on Defense, and House Committee on Appropriations.

Prior to this high-level US Congressional delegation being allowed to enter Moscow, however, this report notes, President Putin ordered them to first to arrive in St. Petersburg so they could receive “lessons” in historical and modern Russian history—and that were given to these American officials at the State Hermitage Museum under the direction of Director General Dr. Mikhail Piotrovsky—with these “lessons” taking place between 30 June-2 July, after which this US Congressional delegation chose the high-speed train Sapsan to continue on to Moscow as part of their 6 day permitted stay in the Motherland—and whose “lessons” President Putin deemed “essential” after the shameful and degrading treatment by American officials of Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov—and who reported to Putin: “Of course, I felt a toxic atmosphere in Washington.  In the beginning of my activities here, I felt that many officials didn't want to see me, didn't want to shake my hand.  Moreover, they said to me openly, 'If I shake your hand today, tomorrow I will be fired'”.

To the most important “lesson” about modern Russia this high-level US Congressional delegation hopefully learned, this report says, is how President Putin, by 2009, turned Russia from a debtor nation into an economic powerhouse using “Third Way” philosophy—as Putin, by far the best read leader in the world, has forged a new Russia politic derived largely from the teachings of the Russian religious and political philosopher Ivan Alexandrovich Ilyin.

Most important to note about “Putin’s Third Way”, this report explains, is that just as the European Enlightenment undermined ideas of morality, and the notion of “Lucifer”, the new age ultra-liberalized Western world has been on a mission to revamp spirituality and morals—with the idea “everything is alright if it feels good” being been fed the intravenous drug of public acquiescence, especially in America—but the reality of human spirituality being that it cannot be legislated out, as media cannot propagandize an ancient tenant out of our systems.

As Ivan Ilyin wrestled with the idea liberal values could be reconciled with the public will via another approach, this report further explains, the civil core of society needs the lawful understanding of an authoritarian construct, while at the same time spiritual and other freedoms finalize the Utopia—to mean a world at peace.

Or put simply, Russia is in the perfect position to experiment with this sustainable model for humanity—and President Putin is the perfect blacksmith for forging something new and improved—as people must really understand any system, in order to trust the system—and the system cannot survive in the chaos of rampant self interest—communism and socialism won’t do, and neither will dictatorships, or the capitalists who are tearing the West apart for their own gain—thus leaving only a Christian nation like Russia, or Islamic nation like Turkey, or Jewish nation like Israel—all based on morality, family values and community, and under firm guidance to keep out leftist-liberal influence—to lead the world to peace.

Abhorred by leftist-liberals in America, though, who fear a global resurrection of Christianity, or any other religion for that matter, and who call Ivan Ilyin “Putin’s Philosopher of Russian Fascism”, this report continues, they do correctly note that President Putin, and the Russian people, too, firmly believe in the transforming of international politics into a discussion of “spiritual threats”—and is why Russia declared a Holy War on the Islamic terrorist barbarians killing Christian peoples in Syria.

Following President Putin’s “Third Way” example of restoring a nation through the reestablishment of religious values, combined with firm leadership to keep out liberal-leftist thoughts and ideas, this report continues, is the Islamic nation of Turkey, whose president has just been given new powers to root out liberalism in his nation—the Christian nation of Poland, who are now expelling from their courts all liberal-leftist judges—and the German Christian state of Bavaria, who, after ordering Christian crosses to be put in all public buildings, have openly attacked their liberal-leftist leader, Chancellor Angela Merkel, to begin an existential war the New York Times describes as “this near political breakdown in Germany marks the beginning of the end for the European experiment, and the end an era of openness toward refugees and migrants in the West”. 

The longest modern day enduring “Third Way” nation based on religious values with firm leadership, however, this report details, is Israel, whose Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is scheduled to meet President Putin next week, on 11 July, in Moscow—and whose talks will be centered on the Russian-Israeli coordination to end the civil war in Syria that has increased to unprecedented levels in recent weeks, at the expense of both the US and Iran, and has compelled the Trump Administration to come back on the scene.

As the dynamics in the southern front (borders of Israel and Jordon) in Syria have reached a tipping point, this report continues, Russian-Israeli coordination is taking precedence over the ceasefire agreement that President Trump and President Putin reached on the sidelines of the G20 Summit last year—with Syria sending Israel - via Moscow - the necessary guarantees to restore the 1974 ceasefire line in the Golan Heights—and that after which saw over 1,000 Islamic terrorists on the southern front accept an amnesty surrender—with Russian Military Police Directorate Chief Vladimir Ivanovsky (responsible for Russian forces deployed in Syria’s southern de-escalation zones) then traveling to Israel and reporting the peace progress made to President Putin, who then, in turn, ordered the withdrawal from Syria of 30 warplanes and 1,140 Russian troops.

Russia and Israel try to keep United States and Iran from igniting World War III in Syria 

With this high-level US Congressional delegation having learned their “lessons” showing that Russia posed no threat whatsoever to the West, but would, most certainly, defend at all costs the Christian peoples in the world, and their also knowing that nothing less than world peace hangs in the balance in Syria, this report concludes, the Foreign Ministry further warned these American officials that Russia was fully prepared to launch an alternative internet and cut the US off entirely from the Russian people—thus leading Senator Richard Shelby to remark “I think we have to look at Russia as a superpower, and as a competitor, not an adversary; we'll see what happens…President Putin and President Trump will have to go to their meeting…I think they're both looking for a better day”—with Foreign Minister Lavrov agreeing, and his further noting that on this 4^th of July celebration of America’s birth as a nation, it was by no coincidence that of the world’s major nuclear weapons powers, only the United States and Russia praise God in their national anthems.
