Reflections On The Eve Of War: “The Gates Of Hell Are Opening”

Over the past few days in my reviewing multiple Ministry of Defense (MoD) reports translated for us by our Scheme Sisters in the Kremlin, my mind could only connect them with a recent, and honest, article published by the American Time Magazine that correctly noted:  “In 2017, global elites don’t know what a successful war even looks like…but if somebody does find a formula to wage successful wars under twenty-first-century conditions, the gates of hell might open with a rush.”  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

The MoD reports raising my concerns about these words Israeli historian Yuval Noah Harari had written in his 23 June Time Magazine article “Why It’s No Longer Possible for Any Country to Win a War” related to a shocking incident this past week when a NATO fighter jet attempted to intercept over the Baltic Sea a Russian military transport carrying Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu—and who after this incident warned what the West was doing by stating:

“The intensity of the alliance’s operational and combat training is increasing. The alliance’s BALTOPS 2017 and Saber Strike 2017 large-scale exercises are currently underway near the Russian borders. Taking part in them are more than 10,000 military servicemen, more than 70 warships and auxiliary vessels and about 70 aircraft, including B-52 strategic bombers.  All these developments demonstrate the Western partners’ blatant reluctance to abandon their anti-Russian policy.”

Even more ominously, Defense Minister Shoigu then announced that the MoD was rapidly building over 40 garrison towns and 20 new military bases on the Western border with NATO to be completed by the end of the year, and his further stating:

“Since the beginning of the year, more than 100 snap combat readiness checks have been held in the Western Military District, which confirmed that the troops were ready for military activities.”

What I find absolutely alarming about what is now occurring is not what Russia is doing, as it’s only seeking to defend itself, but Western leaders failing to tell their citizens what this all means—and that Russian President Vladimir Putin, in 2015, succinctly stated by telling the world: “If a fight is inevitable, go and fight first.”

Now for those of you believing that war between Russia and the West cannot occur because of the military doctrine of “mutually assured destruction” (MAD) being the current operating premise, let me disabuse of that notion once and for all—because when President Putin warned that he would “fight first” if a “fight was inevitable”, he wasn’t stating his thoughts, he was stating exactly what Russia’s war doctrine is.

Unique among all world leaders is that President Putin himself developed Russia’s nuclear strategy when he was Secretary of the Russian National Security Council Staff, and then signed it into law when he was Acting President—and is a strategy that allows for the first use of nuclear weapons in limited conventional warfare.

Announced in an October, 2003, MoD publication titled “Urgent Priorities of the Development of the Russian Federation Armed Forces” (known in Russia as the “Ivanov Doctrine”), this doctrine throws away the MAD concept of warfare and replaces it with a “punch first” ideology that says: “De-escalation of aggression is forcing the enemy to halt military action by a threat to deliver or by actual delivery of strikes of varying intensity with reliance on conventional and/or nuclear weapons”.

President Putin’s first use of the “Ivanov Doctrine” we reported to you on 24 February 2014 (our report titled “Putin Orders Troops To Crimea Passes, Warns NATO Of War”), wherein we alerted you that Russia had informed the West of its full intention to protect the Russian citizens of Crimea, even if it meant all-out nuclear war—but that many refused to believe.

That is, of course, until March, 2015, when President Putin himself first publically acknowledged that he had, indeed, been prepared to fight a nuclear war with the West to protect Crimea, and his stating:

“We were ready to do it. I talked with colleagues and told them that this (Crimea) is our historic territory, Russian people live there, they are in danger, we cannot leave them.  It wasn't us who committed a coup, it was the nationalists and people with extreme beliefs.”

Now if this isn’t terrifying enough to know that Russia is not only fully prepared to use nuclear weapons as a first strike doctrine to protect its citizens in Crimea, but to protect its entire nation too, let me scare you even more about what these new Russian military bases rapidly being built on their Western border with NATO are really for—and with your remembering these words I relayed to you earlier: “…but if somebody does find a formula to wage successful wars under twenty-first-century conditions, the gates of hell might open with a rush”.

In these MoD reports I’ve been reviewing, one in particular sent chills up my spine, and though I wasn’t able to read the full classified version of it, what struck me with terror was an MoD order granting “unrestricted transit” to these new Russian bases from specialized military scientists having permanent residence in Ozersk—known to the West as “City 40”, or “The Graveyard of the Earth”. 

Located deep in the vast forests of Russia’s Ural Mountains, Ozersk is a forbidden city linked to the equally mysterious vast underground city hidden inside Yamantau mountain—and was the birthplace of Russia’s atomic weapons programme, but is now known to be the location for the development of a secret weapons programme whose battlefield effects can only be described as paradigm shifting.

The only previous time I could conclusively verify that Russian military scientists living in Ozersk were granted “unrestricted access” to travel outside this forbidden city was in the Spring of 2016—and that after their appearing in Crimea, a mysterious electronic weapon was used to cripple an American warship named the USS Donald Cook (our report: “Destroyed” US Warship Donald Cook In Baltic Sea Refuses Russian Offer Of Help”)—and that when towed back to its Romanian port, its American sailors were so demoralized, 27 of them filed immediate letters of resignation from the US Navy.

Seeming to be part of the control systems for these new electronic Russian weapons is a mysterious satellite too—and when this entire system became operational earlier this year, numerous Russia media sources linked to the MoD began reporting that Russia could now wipe out the entire US Navy and all of its missiles with a “new electronic bomb”.

Putting all of these facts into its simplest context, Russia appears to have “found the formula to wage successful wars under twenty-first-century conditions”, and when matched with its “Ivanov Doctrine”, makes war not only inevitable, but maybe even just months away.

Remember too, just this past October, 2016, Russia began ordering the construction of more nuclear bomb shelters too—and are on top of the 5,000 nuclear bomb shelters President Putin ordered built and were completed in 2012.

Keep this in mind too—unlike the West, Russia still relies on 20^th Century technology (fax machines/telegrams/typewriters, etc.) to manage its vast military, security and political bureaucracy, and that is protected from nuclear EMP effects by its hardened copper wire infrastructure—unlike the United States or European Union whose entire Internet dependant systems will immediately collapse upon the outbreak of nuclear war leaving their citizens in chaos.

I must add here what is the West’s greatest failure in preparing their citizens for what is to come—and that is explaining that the Russian people are unlike any other peoples on Earth, and whose most basic philosophy towards a global thermonuclear war is “so what?”.

Known as “avos”, this Russian attitude treats life as unpredictable and holds that the best one can do is count on luck, and who look upon their leader (in this case President Putin) as a kind though strict father who is deceived by bad corrupted officials—and whatever a popular leader does, to the Russian people it is justified by that he, as the father who is their own, has the right to punish or pardon as he wills, and is a way of their of perceiving their leader that dates back to Peter the Great. 

Bear this in mind too, the basic values of the Russian people include the following: egalitarianism, collectivism as a preference for group as opposed to individual self-identification, paternalism and the Russian version of statism (adherence to strong consolidating state)—and to whom socialism represents not only justice, but also “true freedom” and “happy life”, while capitalism is to them “a phantom society where everything is untrue, where instead of freedom there is only its semblance, civil rights existing on paper only and life itself being illusory”.

Remember this because it’s vital for you to understand, the Russian people view the West as nothing but an “illusion”—and when threatened by such a thing makes them unconquerable, as Napoleon and Hitler can well attest too.

Even when ruled by one of the most cruel and despotic leaders one can ever imagine, on 5 March 1953, when Joseph Stalin died, the entire Russia nation was paralyzed and plunged into national mourning, with hundreds (maybe thousands) being crushed to death at his state funeral. 

And this is the nation and its people that the West has decided to provoke!  Good luck with that!

Show me a nation that is willing to endure the deaths of over 25 million of its citizens like Russia did fighting Hitler’s Nazis during World War II, and I’ll point out to you that this is a nation and people that should never be pushed to the edge of any abyss.

But that is exactly what the West is doing now—and is made even more insidious by a new US law titled “Countering Iran's Destabilizing Activities Act of 2017”—that has little to do with Iran, but is, instead, is an act of economic warfare against Russia seeking to cut it off from its major natural gas customers in Europe—and that even the European Union slammed with their telling the Americans  “Europe's energy supply is a matter for Europe, and not the United States of America!”.

Now I want you to imagine this—what the US reaction be if Russia and its allies surrounded the United States with hundreds of military bases and tens-of-thousands of troops in Canada and Mexico, and then after that, they made a law to destroy America’s entire energy industry—understand this fact and you’ll know what’s happening now.

Also about this new US new law intended to destroy Russia’s energy industry, is/was sponsored by US Senator Bob Corker (Republican-Tennessee) in order to keep President Trump from being able to stop World War III—and as Senator Corker so stated when his law passed the US Senate by a 98-2 vote:

“For decades, Congress has slowly and irresponsibly ceded its authorities to the executive branch, particularly as it relates to foreign policy.  Today marks a significant shift of power back to the American people's representatives, something that has been a top priority of mine since becoming the lead Republican on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee more than four years ago.”

Joining the “Never Trump” Republican Senator Corker in pushing Russia into war by this new sanction bill is the likewise “Never Trump” Speaker of the US House of Representatives Paul Ryan, who is vowing to push this new law into full force by 4 July—and that could very well provoke a Constitutional Crisis in America as President Trump’s power over this law is still unsettled territory.

And if you think these “Never Trump” Republican lawmakers couldn’t make things any worse, you’d be wrong, because now many of them are calling for America to abandon the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF Treaty) with Russia too—and that Russia is vowing they will retaliate against. 

To the nearest “spark” ready to ignite everything, you need look no further than Syria where Russia and the US are locked in struggle ready to explode at any moment—and in an area called Deir ez-Zor where the vitally strategic border crossing area of al-Tanf is located.

You aren’t being told about this because if you did you would see for yourself how close World War III really is—because at the same time Russia is vowing it won’t allow this area to fall under US control, the US is, likewise, vowing that it won’t allow this area to fall under Russian-Syria control.

Now in this private letter to you, I’ve laid out the most pertinent facts anyone needs to have in order to ascertain for themselves how truly, and frightening, close our world is to total war—and my doing so is based on my firmest belief that everyone has the right to know the truth.

My being able to do this, though, is being greatly harmed by those of you not helping us—and to you I just ask, “Why don’t you want to know the truth?”

My Dear Sister Ciara, just yesterday, wrote to you in her letter titled “American Today: “It HAS Come To Blood” (And Why JFK REALLY Had To Die!)” imploring you to come to our aid—but are you listening?

We, most certainly, didn’t create the world we live in today where “the best way to hide the truth is put it where no one would believe it”, but with this being our reality, we nevertheless strive to keep you informed with the truth and provide you with the historical basis to understand what is occurring now.

And everything we do, we do for you—but you have got to start helping us, and right now would be a good time for you to start doing that—please.
